Austin is top notch, personable and knows what in the world he’s doing. When I am asked by my friends who to call I won’t hesitate to tell them 1 Tom Plumber and request Austin. He fixed 2 problems at our house that 3 other plumbers couldn’t figure out.

( I have also spoken with the office personnel who were attentive and polite. They made sure I was on the schedule.)

Nick did a good job with replacing the kitchen faucet, it was leaking and we couldn’t do it ourselves. We bought a new set of faucet, they recommended brand Delta, and it was actually not expensive at all. The installation started at 3.15 and finished at 4 pm. The result was good, it’s brand new and no more leaking kitchen faucet.

We have had the best experience with 1Tom and specifically Seaton.

We had a very unusual situation. There was a leak from our shower but we couldn’t access it. We had recently had mill work installed and it was covering the area that would access the pipes to the shower. We had a couple of local plumbers come out to investigate. The first quoted us in the $2000. The second told us it was a grout problem (which it was not).

Then Seaton came, he knew almost immediately what it was. He told us exactly what to do to get the area prepped for his evaluation. We remove the wood boards and saw the puncture in the pipes. I called and they put me on Seaton’s schedule for the very next day.

When he arrived- he was so calm and said he will be done in about 15-20 minutes. Sure enough, he had everything replaced walked us through what we would need to do next and was out the door.

This fix was done for $400. Unbelievable! It couldn’t have been a better experience. We learned a lot and now we have a favorite plumber in Huntsville.

Update-
Since my last review, we have used 1-Tom at our rental property twice. Once for a toilet that was constantly running that no one could hear. That fix took them 30 minutes to fix and was a third of the cost I had expected. Second time for a busted pipeline under the house. They came out within 45 minutes, which saved us a great deal of stress.

I just can not recommend them highly enough. Best plumbers in Huntsville.
