My technician (Janet) is friendly and always takes care of a special request of treatment when needed. She is wonderful with the dogs and ducks on my property and makes sure to close all gates after treatment.

So far so good. Installed baiting traps today and trenched around home with sentricon. Showed me the diagram of each trap location; kept me briefed on their activities. Great spirit. Attention to detail though…

My Y-A technician, Rosa Iliana Quiles, is excellent! She arrives when she says she will, takes care of the yard spraying promptly, is exceptionally knowledgeable about yard and house pests and steps the home owner can take to reduce or eliminate any problems, and all the while evincing a cheerful and positive attitude. Rosa is a genuine asset to the company and to her clients.
