I was referred to William Head because I am out of state- I could not have been more pleased. I am young, had many questions and was very concerned. He treated me as a person, not just another case. I knew he wanted the best for me. He was very supportive and encouraged me in life situations as well as legal situations. He met with me and explained everything to me in detail and told me step by step what I needed to do to make sure my case was handled. He followed up with me after the case just checking on me, still encouraging me to do the right thing. Bubba Head is the utmost professional and well respected through the community at large beyond the legal world. When seeking legal representation I did not hesitate seeking out the best, and one name came up more often then the rest and that was Bubba Head. I did not just gain the best representation in acquiring Bubba but an ally and friend in a time of uncertainty and dismay.

Bubba Head took all the stress out of this situation and allowed me to focus back on my daily life. I was lost in the beginning of all this but after meeting Bubba Head the very first time I knew I was in good hands, he helped guide me back to putting my attention back on myself and only focusing on the things I can control and that he would take care of the rest. There is no more comfortable feeling then having Bubba Head in my corner.

I found myself in need of legal services in 2017 for the first time and felt very distraught by how I’d come to be in such a situation.

It felt like that weekend dragged on forever as I waited for Monday morning to arrive to start calling attorneys (just to later discover that Mr. Head’s office would’ve gotten back to me on the weekend). My first call was to another Atlanta office of which I need not name, however the attorney promptly returned my inquiry. It was horrendous. He called me through bluetooth on his car and his 5 minute “consultation” felt so impersonal; I felt like he may as well have assigned me a serial number to refer to me.

When I called Mr. Head’s office on the other hand, the receptionist was very kind and even comforting. Bubba (Mr. Head) returned my call soon after and took his time to listen and inquire about my particular case and even went as far as asking further questions beyond just the case. Bubba made me feel like I was his only concern (even though I knew he had dozens, if not hundreds, of other clients). He addressed every question I had with depth and patience and provided some much needed consolation. I didn’t bother calling another office after that and retained Mr. Head that morning.

His paralegal was always on top of her game throughout the entire process. As I had no prior experience with any legal matter, I had no idea what to expect, but every email from Allison was very descriptive to the point that I never once felt the need to call into the office asking for further explanation or instruction. I still didn’t understand what the majority of the legal jargon meant, but I knew when and where I needed to be present and that Mr. Head had everything handled.

Although not the case for everyone, my case was closed (with results that made me ecstatic) in only a couple of months.

In a sense, I am glad to have experienced what I did so I can pass along my story and spread the word for the exceptional choice I made in hiring Bubba as my counsel.

Bubba Head saved my life. He has been my attorney, supporter, and, friend for many years. I can’t express how much Bubba has meant to my entire family.

I am a chronic alcoholic. Over the years, I have received 6 DUI’s……today I have 2 on my record. Thank God, I was given the honor of retaining Bubba as my attorney.

He immediately took control! My situation was terrible. I attended rehabs all over the country. The disease of alcoholism was too powerful for me to control.

In 2012, I received 2 DUI’s in two weeks (Cobb County). I was so sick at the time. My body was shutting down. I had lost 30 lbs. I was literally, all skin and bones (90 lbs.) My skin was falling off….so thin, and black and blue. I had lost my hair, fingernails, and toenails.

When I went to see Bubba, I could barely walk. He, basically, carried me down the stairs to his office. I was dying.

Bubba’s advice was to get me into a rehab immediately. When I arrived at La Paloma in Memphis, I tried to use the payphone and my ulcer burst. There was blood all over me, the floor, and, the walls. I died in the ambulance. All I remember is the ambulance driver saying “We got her back. We almost lost her”. Thank God, I was in a safe place with nurses, doctors and an ambulance! That was the situation because of Bubba’s knowledge, direction, and personal interest in my life.

I was in La Paloma for a month. Following, I attended a Sober Living in California for over 6 months. My body and mind healed.

I returned home to enter the DUI court program. This was my last option, and, a positive one. It was the structure that I needed. After 8 rehabs, I finally, got sober. It was a tough program, but, it worked.

Throughout my road to sobriety, Bubba has been there for my family and me 24/7. Never ONCE did he not return a call, answer an email or treat me like I was just “another client”. Honestly, my Dad and I felt like we were his no.1 priority all the time.

Without Bubba’s expertise, brilliance, and personal care, I would not be here today. He truly cares about his client’s and their lives. This is because he is a good, honest man with a big heart. It goes without saying that he is a genius!

To this day, we stay in touch:) Bubba is always spoken of in a heartfelt way when I am home visiting my Dad. My Dad comments ” what would we have done without Bubba? I would not have my daughter…”.

As a permanent “member of our family”, we thank God for sending us Bubba Head.
