The staff were very accommodating by providing a conference room for my husband, who had a last minute work call during our closing. The attorney, Holly, was very informative, friendly and explained every single document in layman’s terms. She was personable and the entire closing went smoothly.

This firm handles the majority of my real estate closings and I would have it no other way. They are on top of their game; protecting buyers, sellers, and last but not least us real estate brokers/agents.

Have closed at this location several times. Very convenient location and the attorneys at Weissman always very thorough and professional. I find them extremely patient especially with first time home buyers who are always a little nervous when going through the paperwork and have lots of questions!

We needed to close quickly since the movers were sitting on the curb of our new house. Weissman did it! I think we were completely done and out of the door in 10 minutes. It took us longer to drive to our new home from the Weissman office than it did to close and that was fine by us. Value is defined by the customer. This customer needed speed and accuracy and Weissman delivered. Thank you!

One of the great experiences my wife and I had with Weissman was the amount of communication we had with them. The level of communication was clear, concise, and effective all the time. Any time my wife and I had a question Weissman was able to respond back quickly and effectively. During our closing, Weissman made the process very easy to handle and understand. Nothing seemed overwhelming during the closing process due to their patience and clear communication. In the future we will definitely use Weissman again.

I closed on a house in late 2018 with Tonia at the Weissman Law Firm (Perimeter location). Tonia was spectacular, a true pro. She really displayed that she knew what she was doing. All of the documents were prepped before closing. All I had to do was walk in and sign. She made the process painless and easy. Thanks Tonia! Great work!

Our first closing (as buyers) went very smoothly and we had no complaints. Then recently (as sellers) we had a very difficult closing due to shenanigans and/or incompetence on the part of the lender, and Jake Kaplan went over and above the call of duty to ensure that the closing took place and completed even thought it went 3 hours long. He kept the office open till 6 and took special measures between the buyer and the lender, working along with the buyers real estate agent. We are very grateful for his willingness, creativity, and sacrifices to make it happen.
