Raju and Alina assisted me with the employment-based green card application. They helped me with filling out the required forms and providing the necessary documentation to the USCIS. Raju was very helpful in providing timely and helpful information to me about the process. The green card application process can be stressful, especially when certain conditions may deviate from an average application. In such a case, one needs a knowledgable attorney who is also responsive to the needs and questions of the client. The information that Raju provided was timely, and very helpful in reducing the uncertainty, clarifying what to expect, and as a result, reducing the stress. Overall, I was very satisfied and had a very positive experience working with Weinstock Immigration Lawyers.

Thanks to the incredible work of the Weinstock team, I was able to attain permanent residency in 2 years and 4 months, from contacting them to having my permanent resident green card in my hands. They are efficient, responsive, and they always made it a point to keep me in the loop during the whole process. I had several questions and would repeatedly check in on progress – they were always patient in response and clearly set expectations for every step in the process. I can’t recommend their service enough.

I also found the company did a far superior job to my previous immigration attorneys, a large corporate immigration firm geared towards cookie-cutter cases only.
