We called upon the Lake Oconee Remodeling team of Weidmann & Associates to finish our back deck and create an outdoor living area. If you’re reading this, then you likely know that simply getting a return phone call is difficult enough, let alone an evaluation and estimate with a return visit. Unlike anyone else we contacted, Kris and his team showed up, communicated clearly, and efficiently, and completed the project without us having to do anything more. He was so thorough that he even called for corrections on things the we didn’t even notice. If you have a project that you want completed to perfection, then these are your guys!

We have completed multiple renovations on multiple houses over our 40+ years of home ownership, and none have been more creatively designed, expertly managed, and beautifully executed than our projects with Weidmann & Associates. We were so pleased with their work on our house at Lake Oconee that we hired them to make some renovations and additions to our house in Atlanta as well. They are a first class operation.

Weidmann & Associates recently finished the third renovation job for me! Previously I had them complete the renovation of our basement into a mother-in-law suite. Our 2nd job was the handicap conversion of our master bathroom. My most recent work was the completion of an updated kitchen and closing in of my carport to a garage.
All three jobs have made my home much more user friendly. Weidmann works closely with their clients to make sure their needs are met, and the end result is what the client wants. I would highly recommend Weidmann to anyone!

We were very impressed with Weidmann team.We live in Johns Creek and were very skeptical as I had heard horrible stories of contractors leaving jobs unfinished, especially during the pandemic. We were fortunate to deal with Dan and David .They did their best to understand our family requirements and taste. They were very professional, timely and aptly responsive in the execution of a beautiful patio and breakfast room.We love our remodeled home and very thankful to them.Would highly recommend Weidmann and team in Johns Creek.

We used the Weidmann team for a large remodeling project after reviewing 5 other firms in the metro Atlanta area. Dan Weidmann took our design challenges and came back with solutions we had never considered. They are thoughtful in their planning approach and really want to help you find the best solution for the space and your needs. The work was high quality and we couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Just completed our 4th renovation with Weidmann & Associates. Very professional, skilled subcontractors and they take care of every last detail. It’s how homeowners should expect a remodeling project to be done. Since we began using Weidmann, at least 9 of our neighbors have used them and some on multiple projects. Our first project was a total kitchen remodel in 2005, master bedroom, bath, closets in 2008, basement remodel in 2010 and upstairs bathrooms remodeled in 2016. Great communication regarding project schedule, contractors scheduled to be on site and responsive to questions via phone, email or in person. Prompt, efficient and courteous follow-up and preemptive troubleshooting. The company has a great client-centered culture of professionalism, responsiveness and satisfaction.

Awesome experience. I can’t speak enough of how professional and courteous Weidman and Associates are. From scheduling, to pricing, to timeliness – in an industry notorious for unprofessional relations, Weidman is a breath of fresh air!

We needed to change our 1980’s kitchen so Weidmann turned our house inside out and we love it! We were open to moving walls, pushing walls out, just about anything to finally get a workable kitchen and other living spaces for the way we lived. Dan Weidmann put his design team to work and we did a couple of iterations before we found what worked…on paper. It also worked in real life. Having 3D images certainly helped us avoid mistakes in how we wanted to use the space. We love the end result. Everyone who sees it loves it, but the most important thing is it works for how we live. The experience was challenging since we opted to live in during construction (with two dogs) but all of the people we had contact with were great. The place was kept neat and we were kept updated all the time. Did we have problems? Sure. But they were solved and with no fuss or muss. The follow up has been excellent. We were pretty much on budget after we finally decided to increase our budget – BEFORE we started any work. We received an estimate that was accurate and were kept apprised of most overages. At the end, we weren’t surprised by any cost. We would work with Weidmann again in a heartbeat!

The best thing you could say about a company is “I would recommend them without hesitation”. We enthusiastically do. We wanted a first floor master suite. They reconfigured a third of the main floor and gave a great new floor plan. They have excellent employees and subs. We can’t say enough about the project manager, Mark Metz. He was always available and kept us informed about what was to be done on a daily basis. Rodrick could not have been more helpful. The subs did quality work. Daniel and his crew were meticulous painters. The work area was cleaned at the end of every day’s work. The project came in within budget. We’d use three words to sum up Weidmann: Reliability, Integrity, Quality.
