The I Do’s (Ceremony Coordination):

This package is designed for the couple that desires professional assistance with rehearsal and ceremony activities. It provides a peace of mind and allows for a stress free wedding ceremony making it more enjoyable for the bride, groom and their families.

Package includes: Complimentary consultation. Creating a detailed time line for the ceremony. Confirm ceremony vendor setup/pickup times. 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal. Coordinator will arrive 1 to 2 hours prior to your ceremony. Direct ceremony then direct guests leaving the ceremony into their next destination.

I Do’s + The Party (Week of Wedding Management):

A Bride and Groom nor their families should be concerned when vendors show up, when to make the grand entrance, when to do the cake cutting, or 1st dance. This package is for the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning their entire wedding, but simply needs to hand everything over the week before their wedding to insure a stress free and enjoyable wedding day.

Package Includes: Complimentary consult. Prepare comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline which includes all of the details for your big day. Confirm appointments for hair, makeup and/or spa visits. Coordinate vendor drop offs, setups and pickups. Planners contact information will be given to each vendor so that any questions or concerns will be directed only to the planner the week before your wedding day. Coordination of ceremony rehearsal. All day event management. Ensure everyone stays on track with timeline including pre and post ceremony photos, transportation, etc.

Full Service Planning is perfect for the couple who wants help planning their big day from the start. I will help cover all the details, big and small. We will work together to create a wedding as unique as you. I will provide vendor recommendations of the highest quality that will work within your budget and also offer the services that will make your event exactly how you envision it.

She turned out to be a Godsend and pulled everything together for us and constantly brought up small detail after small detail that we had not even thought about that turned out to be so huge the day of the wedding.

Kristie is the best!!! From our first conversation to the big day, Kristie was professional, worked hard and went over and above what was agreed upon.

Planning a proposal in Savannah from Edmonton, Alberta Canada was a daunting task but as soon as Kristie agreed to assist me, my worries went away. From taking care of all the little details to ensuring I was up-to-date on what was going to happen, Kristie was there to coach me through the magical day.

Even on the morning of the proposal when an unexpected issue arose and the fountain and Forsyth Park was being cleaned, she quickly sprang into action and found a better, more private area to propose to my girlfriend. Her quick thinking provided a better experience and I can’t thank her enough for doing so.

I highly recommend working with Kristie as her attention to detail is unmatched and she is joy to work with!

Trying to coordinate a wedding when one of you is active duty military is not an easy endeavor. We had to change the date of the wedding and locations, etc. If it wasn’t for Kristi we would never of had the wedding weekend that we had. She is so warm, professional and caring. She made every single one of our dreams a reality. We could never thank her enough for everything she did. Thank you again Kristi!!!

Kristie was with my groom and I every step of the way. She was very attentive to our wants and had great suggestions of her own. She was genuinely excited about our big day and made me feel very at ease leading up to the event. The weekend of, Kristie kept the bridal party and events on a tight scheduled and made sure that the rehearsal and wedding went great. I could not have done the event without her!
