He completed a service check, noted the lack of some safety cutoff switches and discussed the benefit of these devices in the most professional manner. I agreed they are a benefit to protect the system, especially when we travel. Jonathan showed up in less then 2hrs! Quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced 3 parts. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick!
Unfortunately a day later, something else caused it to stop working properly. We called the office this afternoon and explained our situation. Jonathan was back out within an hour and quickly diagnosed once again what happen and quickly resolved the issue.
We are going on 6hrs of cold air! Very impressed with the service we received! Will be using Weaver when it is finally time to replace the AC in the near future!

Over that time they’ve installed all of the A/C units (replacing old units) in our house and did an excellent job with those. They never tried to “up sell” me on more expensive units like some other companies tried. They sold me what we needed, and it was affordable. The only thing I didn’t like were their financing plans which require you to pay all of the interest regardless of whether you pay off the principal earlier, so I financed it myself.
I just had a problem with one of the units and needed them to come out for service. They gave me realistic expectation of when the tech would be here, keep me updated through out the day of status, and tech notified me when he was on the way. He quickly determined that it was just a condenser coil and replaced it. Simple and inexpensive repair.
I would definitely recommend these guys. They’ll take good care of you…
Weaver Heating and Air has an amazing team! The office staff is friendly and efficient, and the technician, Bobby, was knowledgeable and helped decide the best option for my situation. I called Thursday morning, Bobby came out that same afternoon, and the issue was resolved Friday…before the cold weekend! I highly recommend WHA and will be using them any time I need this type of service.
