He completed a service check, noted the lack of some safety cutoff switches and discussed the benefit of these devices in the most professional manner. I agreed they are a benefit to protect the system, especially when we travel. Installed a ductless mini split conversion for the house and the knowledge as well as the pricing was far better than the other companies I called. Added a few stand alone units several years later during an expansion/remodel and the experience was the same. Highly recommend.

After calling around noon yesterday you were there by three and my air conditioner was fixed and is running great!!!

Over that time they’ve installed all of the A/C units (replacing old units) in our house and did an excellent job with those. They never tried to “up sell” me on more expensive units like some other companies tried. They sold me what we needed, and it was affordable. The only thing I didn’t like were their financing plans which require you to pay all of the interest regardless of whether you pay off the principal earlier, so I financed it myself.
I just had a problem with one of the units and needed them to come out for service. They gave me realistic expectation of when the tech would be here, keep me updated through out the day of status, and tech notified me when he was on the way. He quickly determined that it was just a condenser coil and replaced it. Simple and inexpensive repair.
I would definitely recommend these guys. They’ll take good care of you…
