After 2 different technicians gave us 2 different diagnosis, Jill was able to diagnose and repair our aging AC unit for half the price of our first estimate. She was prompt, informative, professional and a delight to have in our home. Jill is the reason we will be using and referring We Care Heating and Air to our friends and family. Prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
Our heat pump wasn’t working right. Despite adjusting the thermostat control to make the air inside our house more comfortable it remained steady at 85. We had to make an emergency service call to We Care Heat and Air.
The technician, Andrew Reeves arrived promptly at the appointed time and started working on the problem. He fixed the problem and our unit went back to work as it should be. We were very satisfied with his efficiency. Not only did he fix the immediate problem but he gave us option for more long term prevention of the problem from reoccurring. He is coming back to replace some parts to keep our 12 yr old unit working.
He also explained that as our unit is already nearing the end of its useful life, he gave us the choice of unit just in case we need to replace it in the not so distant future.
It is refreshing to know someone like Andrew who is young yet showing great passion in his line of work….Thank you much.

They did an excellent job replacing an old and decrepit water heater with a new model that is already doing a much better job. They were quick to dispatch and when I had an issue with water pressure the next day, Avery was back the same morning I called and quickly resolved the issue. He was professional and courteous, I highly recommend

We had our annual maintenance done on our system today by Andrew Reeves and I must say, he did an outstanding job! He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the service he was preforming. We will definitely be requesting Andrew for all our maintenance in the future!
