The technicians called to me know they were on the way. They were on time and very professional. The did the needed maintenance to my unit and cleaned up any mess they made. Extremely reasonable pricing also. Would defiantly use again, five stars.

1. Arrived within 24 hours of notice.
2. Quickly identified the issue caused by a recent lightning strike.
3. Remedied the issue in minutes with parts on hand.
4. Provided itemized receipt and did not over charge for parts and labor. I expected to pay much more, honestly.
Chase (technician) is a consummate professional and spared no time getting right to work. He went above and beyond by offering to clean my outdoor A/C unit for free. We will be using them exclusively.

We recently bought a house that had a terrible odor from improperly vented spray foam insulation in the attic. The odor made us sick and we couldn’t even move our stuff in the house. I called every insulation and HVAC company within 60 miles of us. Out of everyone we spoke to, Watley is the only company that had experience solving this type of issue. In addition, Tim Watley was honest and thorough throughout the whole process. He explained everything to me in detail and when I didn’t understand something he would break it down for me even further. We were nervous about getting this done as it is very expensive, but the smell went away after about a week! We couldn’t be happier. We were able to move into our new house, odor free! I highly recommend them for any HVAC issue you may have. I will be using them again in the future as good companies are hard to find these days! Thanks again!

I was told by two other companies that I was looking at $3000 to fix and over $5000 to replace. Based on online reviews I gave you guys a call. I’m thrilled to say that for less than $700 my air is working and doing great!! Could not be happier with what I have seen from the repair so far!
I will defiantly recommend you to everyone that ask.

Called after my AC went out. My unit was still under warranty. Other companies quoted around $500. They only charged the $90 for labor. Explained everything, very professional, and knowledgable. On time and it only took a hour. They did not leave until it was 100% the issue was fixed. Also have me tips on saving on energy costs. Ken and Joe were the Techs.

Amazing experience! The employee’s that came to my home were friendly, knowledgable and professional. I called and within a few hours they had someone at my house to fix my upstairs A/C unit and within a few hours (due to what was wrong) they had it running again and when I went upstairs I couldn’t even tell anyone had been there. In the event that we ever have issues with our HVAC system in the future I will definitely be calling them back.

I was able to get a same-day appointment and the techs arrived 10 minutes early. They were extremely courteous and professional. There was no up-sell; they fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Watley.

I have never wrote a review before but I felt like I should do this because of the great service I received today. I have had my unit worked on the last three years, and I have never had anyone to take the time and throughly explained things like Ken and Joe. The best thing about the service is that he was honest and very time efficient. I will definitely continue doing busy with Watley
