How We Get Our Auto Body Shop Customer Reviews?

Our reviews come to us two different ways:

Actual customer satisfaction surveys:

The customers reviews for AutoBody-Review.com come from single question survey results that Insurance companies use to gauge the customer satisfaction level of a recent auto body shop. Our parent company handles this service for insurance companies; therefore we have access to all this data.

Online Posting:

We allow for online posting of reviews directly to our site from customers like you. However, in order for the review to be posted, the reviewer has to be confirmed as an actual customer of the shop through our verification process. This way we can ensure that all reviews are from real customers of that shop.

One Stop Auto Body Shop Shopping

We don’t just stop at auto body shop reviews. We also give you the tools you need to evaluate each body shop, find local shops near you, tour their facilities, and schedule an appointment all with one or two clicks. Auto body repair is a hassle, picking a body shop shouldn’t have to be.

Here are some before and after pictures of my car. The collision center did an awesome job fixing my passenger door and fender, you can’t even tell anything happen to it. The staff were amazing, called me twice a week with updates on my car. Really satisfied with my car and experience.

The ladies were quite professional in guiding me through an unfamiliar process for repairs that weren’t caused by me. I was kept informed as to progress of repairs. I will highly recommend CP Collision Center for anyone who needs repairs for vehicle body repairs.

I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 in for an windshield replacement. Was greeted by Joselyn at the front desk who was sweet and accommodating. She took her time to explain to me the entire process to make sure everything was taken care of. I was greeted with the enterprise rental which came straight to the collision center to bring me my rental. Work was done promptly and I had my car back within two days of bringing it in. The one thing I loved was the fact that my car came back to me sparkling clean!! Thank you Joselyn for being so sweet and answering all my questions!
