The office staff is very kind and welcoming. Their patient portal makes it easy to schedule appointments and check my lab results. Dr. Smith begins my appointments with “how can I help?” Then she truly listens, making eye contact the whole conversation. She takes me seriously and her recommendations have always helped me feel better.

I absolutely love Dr. Smith! She is awesome, but recently I’ve had two bad customer service experiences with Kenzie who answers the phone and handles scheduling. Normally Dr. Smith’s staff is excellent, but I am beginning to see a shift and if Dr. Smith doesn’t address it soon, it may be to the detriment of her practice. Also I referred my fiancée and it is difficult to get a physical scheduled as well as getting push back about him making a routine appointment to see Dr. Smith. I am quite surprised because this has been my PCP for over 10 years!

I can no longer support this office. I tried to schedule an appointment and was told that they would only schedule a telehealth visit because I had 1 covid symptom (a cough), a symptom which overlaps at least a dozen other common illnesses including anything deemed the common cold, bronchitis and even seasonal allergies. I re-affirmed that I had tested negative for Covid multiple times and that it was just this 1 symptom, and the office person said “that is a COVID symptom”.

I went there for years. I complained about the office manager or administrator, rude tone and stank attuited. They told me find another doctor’s office. LOL! I Laughed so hard. They did me a favor. LOL!
