The office staff is very kind and welcoming. Their patient portal makes it easy to schedule appointments and check my lab results. Dr. Smith begins my appointments with “how can I help?” Then she truly listens, making eye contact the whole conversation. She takes me seriously and her recommendations have always helped me feel better.

I absolutely love Dr. Smith! She is awesome, but recently I’ve had two bad customer service experiences with Kenzie who answers the phone and handles scheduling. Normally Dr. Smith’s staff is excellent, but I am beginning to see a shift and if Dr. Smith doesn’t address it soon, it may be to the detriment of her practice. Also I referred my fiancée and it is difficult to get a physical scheduled as well as getting push back about him making a routine appointment to see Dr. Smith. I am quite surprised because this has been my PCP for over 10 years!

I can no longer support this office. I tried to schedule an appointment and was told that they would only schedule a telehealth visit because I had 1 covid symptom (a cough), a symptom which overlaps at least a dozen other common illnesses including anything deemed the common cold, bronchitis and even seasonal allergies. I re-affirmed that I had tested negative for Covid multiple times and that it was just this 1 symptom, and the office person said “that is a COVID symptom”.

I went there for years. I complained about the office manager or administrator, rude tone and stank attuited. They told me find another doctor’s office. LOL! I Laughed so hard. They did me a favor. LOL!

Dr. Murthy is both compassionate and thorough, and has an excellent fund of knowledge. I highly recommend entrusting anyone in your family to her care! Her knowledge base of all ages is appreciated- I felt comfortable seeing her myself and also sending my child to her as a patient.

In the time that I was a patient of Dr. Smith, I found her to be a thoughtful, understanding physician. My experience with her staff, however, has left me confused and concerned. I received a phone call from her office manager while at work; I communicated that I was unable to talk at that time, and we agreed to speak the following week. I later received no call, but two dispassionate letters, both which stated my removal from the practice. When my partner called on my behalf to find out why this had happened, the office manager spent 20 minutes lambasting me to him about our conversation – an exchange that had lasted less than a minute. I was surprised by this, as nothing happened on the call that stood out to me. When I called to get clarification about our previous conversation and to apologize for any misunderstanding, I was repeatedly insulted by the office manager – he refused to listen to what I had to say, was thoroughly condescending, and repeatedly belittled me while confirming that my removal from the practice was his choice – one he made based solely on our first call.
I like to think that Dr. Smith is unaware of this; actions such as these have the potential to be extremely detrimental to individuals who may very much need the type of treatment that Dr. Smith can best provide. I am concerned that this could happen to anyone that uses Dr. Smith as their primary care provider.

Dr. Smith has cared for my family and myself included, over two decades. She has been the best doctor we could ever hope for. Always an excellent experience overall, from her amazingly attentive, knowledgeable and well trained staff to her impeccable bedside manner.
I esteem her as a very knowledgeable physician with a genuine care and concern for my family. She has all the qualities (knowledge/wisdom, bedside manner, communication skills, caring/concern, commitment, etc) that are important to me and & most people in a doctor.
She listens attentively and gives the highest quality of care both physically and mentally.

Love Dr. Smith and everyone at the office! She spends a lot of time with you. She sees you as a person, not just ticky boxes of age, gender, etc. She tries to help find solutions to issues without drugs. I had high cholesterol and high-normal blood pressure. Since she knew I was working on improving eating/exercise/weight, she didn’t just push drugs. I am now good and normal for both! When I have needed to see specialists, she sends you to whoever she feels is best, regardless of what health system they are with. If you want someone to work with you as a partner for your health she is great. If you want someone to just give you drugs (easy way out), see someone else. If you have an issue, she will fit you in right away, too. She never overbooks, you never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.

I just moved to the area from San Diego. I have an interesting medical history and tend to get nervous when I need to change primary care providers. My office suggested I see Dr. Smith and I am SO happy I listened to them. I feel listened to and Dr.Smith takes the time to listen to me and understands. I adore the staff especially Hannah. They are VERY quick to follow up on any questions or concerns. The patient portal has been such a great tool. I work the same hours and don’t keep my phone very close. So being able to log in and communicate to my Dr and staff and get instant response is amazing! I cant thank everyone enough.

Dr Smith is awesome! She’s very knowledgeable and explains things well – she doesn’t talk down to me but also doesn’t talk over my head.
She’s been my Dr for around 8 years; she’s worth the drive! Her staff is pretty nice too :)

Always a great experience with a great doctor and staff. Dr. Smith stays up-to-date with the latest treatments and medications and is very caring with the patient’s best interest at heart.

Dr. Smith is the best and everyone at the office is so friendly. They communicate well when test results are in and are good at squeezing in last-minute appointments if needed. I am so glad I found her!
