Today was my 1st time visiting Village Health & I will definitely be back! The front desk associate Brittany was very friendly & professional. Pam was my massage therapist and by far one of the greatest massages I ever had. She was friendly, listened to my concerns, and even understood that I’d be more comfortable with a breast pillow. I booked her for my boyfriend for tomorrow and I’ll be back myself very soon.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review about this please because it’s been consistent for years and as you can see, they pretty much keep high ratings with all of their clients. However, my recent experience with less than satisfactory and it has very little to do with the massages or the therapist, but more or less the front desk, staff and policies in place by management. There is absolutely no empathy for emergency scenarios when adjusting appointments for last-minute cancellation my last minute in my case I mean 2 1/2 hours so a bit more notice than usual. I had a dry needling session done today for an injured area that my therapist has been taking care of for several months as a result, my therapist recommended skipping the massage because it bleeding when I called to expressed concerns I was told that the cancellation policy is what it is and at the very least, I still had to pay 50% of the cost of today’s session that being said there was no remorse. It was no option to simply shift the appointment and still receive the payment it was “or else.” I’ve been coming to the spa since I’ve lived in Smyrna since 2018 and I was taken aback by that it seems like loyalty means absolutely nothing and one off scenarios and even emergencies are not enough for them to work with you, that being said, I don’t recommend the spa the way I used to. Just unfortunate.

Update: I received a really warm call after this mishap from the manager Rachel who did a wonderful job of explaining why they have strict policies in place. However due to never have been one to abuse this system she has made proper arrangements to accommodate and work with me. I will refrain from sharing the details of this compromise but I will say this has made like this place more than I ever did before. I appreciate the effort to contact me and to make amends with the situation. Any business that does that is worth it.

I went for a facial and an hour massage. Due to some error in setting my appointment, they made it right by adding another 30 minutes plus aroma therapy. I’m very pleased with their service. I would go back. I’m happy with both the facial and massage.

My husband and I have been gifting each other massages here for over 2 years now, and they are the best! All the staff is so kind and professional, atmosphere is calm and clean, and we always leave feeling relaxed. We’ve never once had a bad experience.

I am in town for the weekend and decided to try this location as I wanted to relax and unwind. I was able to call in as soon as the location opened and place a same day appointment! My masseuse Michael was awesome! He really worked on my back and shoulders, I even dozed off a few times Lol
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be back the next time I am in the area.

As a massage therapist myself I’m pretty picky! I’ve had two amazing Neuromuscular Therapy massages here and will be going back soon! The therapists were very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful in resolving the issues I had at the time.

My husband and I got massages her for an anniversary treat! We had a very relaxing time together! When I go to spas the most important thing to me is the cleanliness, and I was thankful for how clean there are! Also, a bonus but they take HSA cards which is also nice!

Great place for your wellness needs! I found Village Health three years ago and I’ve been a loyal customer since – going for everything from prenatal massages to acupuncture sessions. The staff is super friendly and the treatments are great. Highly recommend!

I’ve come here a few times and I must say it’s a great practice. It’s a little hidden gem right off S Cobb drive next to jets pizza. They offer an array of service and flexible scheduling with two Marietta locations to serve. I’ve experienced the facial, massage and acupuncture. They staff are all very polite and professional and offer advice to help you achieve your wellness goals. I highly recommend them.

Nicole did a great massage! I always have a tense upper back. Being as I work close to fifty hours a week and babysit on one of my days off, I figured it was just something that was always supposed to be there. I haven’t been completely pain free in, quite literally, years until now. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Front desk staff was very friendly as well.

I have been here many times and each time I have a wonderful experience. Today I went to have a 60 minute massage and learned how to manage a newly developed pinch nerve. I have never had my jaws massaged! The therapist touched every single area along the nerve line that is bothering me. Another good day today. I’ll definitely return.

Excellent! I’m reserved about my personal space, so I’ve never booked a massage. I have always known I need deep tissue for my troublesome back muscles, and a rough week spent on hotel beds convinced me to try. I was nervous about how the experience might go, but the therapist TK was very friendly, professional and skilled. I quickly wished I’d sprung for a full hour after starting, but the half hour was very thorough and effective. 10 out of 10, would book again. Would recommend. Clean, and peaceful spa. :)
