Valenza is my favorite restaurant for Italian. Chef Matt and his staff take such care as they prepare the food. His commitment to farm to table is evident in all his creations…he is an artist; his medium just happens to be food! From the first course to the last, you will leave satisfied and wanting more!

love everything about this place. First we live right behind Valenza, so a fun night out with great food, wine, service, and company is footsteps away!
We sat on the patio and ordered the famous papperdelle which was very tasty. I ordered the trout which was so-so, however, the experience was amazing so the trout seemed probably better than it really was. We are very thankful of Valenza and will return soon.
