Umaido is amazing. I’ve eaten here and it’s newer sister restaurant Hajime. The ramen is out of this world. I ordered Tonkotsu with Pork Belly and Rich Soup. Perfection. Heavenly. Ethereal. I’m not able to reach the adequate descriptors. My wife and son each ordered a bowl of Toki Ramen, and they had the equally stellar experience. We also had some oolong tea which was great. Rich soup is $1 extra and essentially they make the broth more decadent. Order it. Please. It’s phenomenal. The added pork belly in my Tonkotsu was perfect. It added a bit of smoke to the broth. I cannot say enough good things. Simply put, Tonkotsu Ramen from Umaido and Hajime have reached the pinnacle of comfort food in my book.

I finally found an awesome ramen place! I love the texture and flavor of everything. It reminds me of Japan and I haven’t even been there, haha. Check this place out and you will not regret it. I enjoyed the cabbage Ramen, octopus balls, and the steamed buns. Soooo tasty and authentic. Ask for Jasmine , too, she is super friendly and accommodating!

I can honestly say I’m addicted to this place. They continue to have the best ramen I’ve had. Their appetizers are very interesting and delicious! Though in my opinion the best of the best is their ramen. From the spicy pork broth to the runny yolk of the boiled egg it surely was an amazing experience. I shall continue to come back for more!

Some of the best Ramen you can get!! Their noodles are definitely different than other local Ramen houses. The place is pretty small but the food is amazing and the place fills up pretty quick. Their Ultra Spicy level 3 and the add ons you can get with your food are enough to make you want to come back. Servers move pretty fast most of the time. Even the wait times from the door are too bad even when they’re busy. Highly recommend!!
