The manager at this location needs to be let go. Especially after reading other reviews and seeing that she has this same negative attitude with other customers. I experienced an unknown charge on my account and was met with a nasty attitude and she gave off the impression that it was my fault. Terrible customer service! I had to contact her boss in order for the issue to be resolved. The young men who work there were not properly trained and it shows. Everything is so unorganized. Do not use this location!

Great place to rent various sizes of Moving trucks/vans per hour, daily and extended days. They also offer all supplies for moving/transporting needs like boxes, moving pads, dollies, etc. and even Laborers to help physically move items loading/ Unloading. Quick and Easy contactless App full service check out/returns and in-person desk/counter interaction. I Recommend taking the full coverage insurance and road side assistance insurance from U-Haul, cause you never know because driving ATL is intense. I have rented several times from this company and it exceeded my expectations Monetarily & Service wise.

Next time let customers know ahead that they will be paying to park their vehicle onsite or get dropped off. I paid over $40 the darn rental cost little less than damn parking. Very disappointed.

Jemika Bryant saved my day. Amazing customer service and I thank God that I had her to help me that day. 10/10. Will only ever be renting my uhauls from this location again and will recommend this location to friends.

The Uhaul here has been extremely helpful to me on multiple occasions! Most recently, I arrived late and missed my reservation (by about six hours), but they helped me find another store with what I needed. Then, after my group changed their mind on what we needed, they went through the process to bring the reservation back and downsize it! Basically, I was about as much a hassle as a customer can be, and they were extremely professional, patient and helpful the whole time and got me exactly what I needed!

The staff at this location were excellent. They were very efficient and explained every aspect of the rental thoroughly. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to rent from this location in the future.

Jamika went above and beyond to help me not only pick the right supplies but to help pack my items. I appreciate her patience especially when there was a very rude customer demanding her take her attention away from me (who she was helping first) to help the impatient customer.

Your guy in the office is a perfect help (The guy with dread locks). Very professional… I got the feeling that he was/is the owner of that location. If he is not, he should be promoted and probably be part of your training team. From my experience, I can’t think of anything your company can do at that location for your next client to have a better experience than I did.
