Honestly, the best place to get a laptop fixed. These guys are incredible and saved me $1000. I cracked my macbook screen and I went to one place that told me it would be $250 just for a diagnostic then between $500-$1300 just to replace it. I looked online and everywhere said that it’d be no less that $500-$600 so I went ahead and just bought a new laptop. The same day I bought the laptop, I found out about Tweaks By Geeks. I went to the store, was greeted by a really friendly and helpful staff, and was told that they could buy the part for the screen and replace it for $225, less than the diagnostic would have been at the other place. I paid $75 for the parts so I could take my laptop home and got a call 3 days later saying that the part had come in. I took my laptop in at 5 pm (they close at 6pm) and got it back at 11am the next morning. Smooth, fast, and amazing service, helpful and funny staff, and unbelievably satisfied customer. Seriously, these guys know what they’re doing.
