Best crab and shrimp I have ever had and drinks were top notch tasty and unique. Loved sitting on balcony watching the activity on the street and the music at tubbys was class.

We’ve eaten here twice, and both times the food and service has been fantastic!! Seafood was fresh and very flavorful. They offer a large craft beer selection, along with your standard bottled/canned beers, too. We’ll definitely be back!

Being new to Savannah I tried this place with an open mind, and I can honestly say it was amazing. Our server Brandi was an absolute pleasure to have. She was very present and added to the experience. Fresh seafood, and I’m from Florida so I know, and great customer service. Not to mention the absolute stunning view. Bottom line is this is a must go restaurant in Savannah.

Went to Tubby’s on River Street a few nights ago with some friends. Every bite of food was amazing. I had blackened grouper, my friends had crab legs, boiled shrimp, fried shrimp and shared a seared ahi tuna appetizer. Our server Brandy was awesome. We even noticed the busser Kaleb was even attentive to the needs of all the tables in the restaurant. Will definitely return!

Really enjoyed this restaurant. We had the crab dip appitizer, the fried shimp plate for dinner and one of the best long island ice teas ever. The food was very well prepared. The crab dip was hot and very well seasoned and the bread it was served with was excellent. The shrimp was hot, very well seasoned, crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Portions were just right and we left very satisfied. The food was served timely and the server was very attentive. The drinks were excellent.

There are lots of choices when it comes to seafood restaurants in the historic area of Savannah. We decided on Tubby’s because of the outdoor patio. I had the po’ boy with shrimp and oysters. I opted in for the cheese and fried onions too. The sandwich was great, the roll was warm and soft, and the seafood was cooked perfectly. It could have done with a drizzle of mayo or something but it was good without. The servers were very friendly and food arrives quickly. The crab dip with bread and chips was a great starter. Lots of crab and a nice spicy kick. The house made chicken salad sandwich was really good too. A very generous serving of chicken salad on fresh bread. Not over seasoned, not over mayoed… Just right. We will recommend Tubby’s to anyone traveling to Savannah!
