Tidal Wave Response & Restoration is hands down, EXCELLENT. They DELIVER. Their response time was so prompt and professional when a pipe burst in my home because of the freeze back in January. They moved my furniture with great care and were extremely thorough with ensuring that my home was completely dry and could safety move onto being restored. Jon’s communication was fantastic as he kept me abreast as to what to expect during each phase and from the crew to their administration, EVERYONE is top tier! I’d highly recommend Tidal Wave and can’t thank them enough!

Johnny and Billy with Tidal Wave Response went above and beyond with our water damage. They met with the Insurance adjuster at our home and went through everything. They are awesome about answering your questions and explaining everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this Company

I had barely hung up the phone with my plumbers when Tidal Wave called and was sending a clean up crew to deal with overflowing sewage in my basement. It was after dark when they left, there are fans and dehumidifiers and buckets everywhere. The floor is gone, the dry wall debris is gone, and they will return in a few days to collect equipment. Heaven forbid I should ever have damage to my home again, they will be the only call i need to make.

I highly recommend this business. I was completely impressed with Johnny and Billy’s professional customer service. Pricing is affordable. I was very pleased with the entire restoration team’s punctuational and efficiency.

Tidal Wave did an awesome job in my basement. I had a leaking hot water heater, water all over the floor. They came over in a matter of hours. They removed wet debris and water. Set up air drying equipment and cleaned the floor spotlessly. Very professional, I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about this company. Unfortunately, I had 2 water issues this year and I’ve used Tidal Wave both times. They respond immediately and make this whole process smooth and comforting. John, Michael and Rob communicate everything so that there is never any question about the progress of things and when the job will be completed. Everyone is so nice and all of the repairs were done with flawless detail. So grateful for such a great team when I needed them!

I am a very busy single mother of 3 children with long work hours, so when a main water line busted upstairs I didn’t who in the world to call or where to get started with all this WATER! I was able to get Tiffany on the phone and as soon as I ended the call John the owner called me! I had a team at my house within an HOUR and they helped me every step of the way! Even kept my insurance company updated! Now they are currently putting new floors in! Truly appreciate everyone!

Tidal Waves Response is a solid company. They scheduled a time after hours to resolve our burst pipe and stop the leaking water. They are going to run our restoration. Tidal Waves is truly the one stop shop for this type of work. We are not having to deal with multiple contractors in order to get our house repaired.

Very professional and honest. They came to see and assess the possible water damage due to punctured drain line in the bathroom. They looked around for a while and told me that the damage did not need a professional assistance. Instead, Johnny (owner) and Colin instructed me how to fix the problem myself. They did not even charge me anything, answered all of questions. They were both very friendly and very professional. I would definitely use them in the future, and would recommend to family and friends! Thanks!

Tidal Wave Response is a very professional and reliable business. They did the mitigation and restoration work in our house after some water damage. All their subcontractors were excellent at their jobs, and they completed the project right along the promised timeline. I highly recommend them for any mitigation or restoration work.

When we finally found out that the cause of the awful smell in our crawlspace was standing water under our bedroom, they came out, gave us a quote, and cleaned it all up in the same day. After weeks of the smell and a couple days of it being so bad we couldn’t stay in the bedrooms any longer, they were able to get rid of all the smells in just a day. They handled everything like true professionals and were very helpful to our issue. Would highly recommend this business!
