I had a great experience working with the Roth Firm. This was my first time navigating the personal injury realm and they made this process very easy for me. Everything was handled electronically which is very convenient for my busy work schedule and during a pandemic. Attorney, Keenan Rogers and his staff were excellent and answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the progress of my case. Extremely professional group to work with! Communication was excellent. I was very satisfied with the result of my case. I would highly recommend the Roth firm to any of my friends and family members.

Great experience
My experience with the Roth Firm was truly stellar. The Roth Firm worked seamlessly with my Medical Provider and neither ever “dropped the ball” while handling my case. I received courtesy status calls from the firm (without even asking). The customer service was excellent and the entire process was expedient yet thorough. Hopefully I won’t get injured again, but if you or someone you know does, make it easy on yourself, call the Roth Firm.

The people at this firm are nice and took my business serious, while making me comfortable and securing my well being as far as putting me back into place where I was before my wreck, I’ve recommended them to my family and friends and would recommend them to you as well if you want to get your case taken care of smoothly and deal with people who actually put care into their work.

I can’t say enough about this firm. My husband and I had used another attorney until I was referred to The Roth Firm. Jim was our attorney and he went above and beyond to make sure our family received every penny we could. His staff is very friendly and professional as well. Even though we are happy to have all of this year behind us and the settlement completed, we will miss Jim and his Firm. There are thousands of law firms in Atlanta but fortunately, I found the right firm to handle my car accident case. I’m surprised to see negative reviews about this firm because my experience was nothing but the best.
I did the research and discovered that Attorney Roth worked for 3 major insurance companies. His experience was definitely a plus because the firm knew how to get through all the red tape insurance companies try and put you through.
I also discovered that this firm is well respected by the judicial system and insurance companies, therefore, the at-fault party was tried slightly but failed to slow down the process. I have all 5-stars to give for the Roth Firm that maximized my settlement check! And this is a review you can take to the bank! I did!

After my car accident on March I chose the Roth Firm to represent me, they were quick to get all my information, kept me update on my case, always checked in with me to see how treatment was going and quickly got the case settled for the maximum amount they could. Everyone at your firm are awesome. They are friendly but at the same time very professional. I would give your firm 5 stars for taking extra good care of my case. And my attorney Jacob Jackson is absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond for my case and I am very grateful to him. He has made sure ever step of the way that I was informed and made aware of where my case was. Jacob gets more than 5 stars !!! Truly a firm who stands by their mission to provide superior service! This was my first car accident that resulted in a case and I was so overwhelmed at first before hiring the Roth team! From end-to-end this firm went above and beyond to ensure my family was well taken care of and encouraged us to focus on what really mattered which was our health and recovery – while they fought for our justice! Best experience ever! I got in an accident a while back and The Roth Firm has been with me every step of the way. August 2018, I was involved in my first auto accident. An unlicensed driver rear ended my vehicle. The next day, I called the Roth Firm. I was referred by a friend who also used them. Anytime I called, they answered and made sure to answer all my questions about the process to get through my claim. 6 months later, my car is fixed, hospital bills paid, and I have received my offer.
