I’m so glad someone is finally doing pate law! Many food stalls that sell them have been lawless for years! Constatly giving us food poisoning due to the lack of consideration for any health codes. I hope that pates are only just a primary focus and you will also lay down the law on ALL the restraunts that would not be open if the FDA actually existed here. As well as the stores constantly selling very expired, animal ravaged, rotten food for insane prices.

I’m a solo attorney who has leaned on Russell quite a bit. Russell is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and tenacious litigation attorney. Like most people, I never thought I would be in need of a criminal defense attorney. Unfortunately that day came when I needed one for my son. I had no idea who to call or what to do. Luckily, I was referred to Tom Church. I called Tom Church late on a Sunday night and he immediately returned my call. He explained what was going to happen, what he was going to do and what I needed to do to help. Tom was there through every step of a very frustrating and drawn-out process. He would always take my call and provide updates and discuss options. If anyone has ever had to deal with Fulton County, then you will understand how frustrating the process and system can be. I greatly appreciated Tom’s tenacity with which he worked to get my son released and then ultimately, his case dismissed! Because of Tom Church, my son has his life back and has been able to put this awful chapter behind him.

I am beyond satisfied with the work and fight Tom church put up for me to stay home with my family for the holidays ! If you want someone who’s gonna dedicate their time to give you the best result Tom church is the person your looking for , every time I lost hope he brought it back instantly he always stayed in contact with me through every step of the way and was always on top of everything . I will be eternally grateful to Tom Church in obtaining a Not Guilty verdict in my husband’s fight against a false allegation that led to his arrest and ultimately a criminal trial two years later. Tom helped us every step of the way during our long fight for justice. He responded quickly and thoughtfully to all of our questions and concerns. He never gave us a false hope, but gave us a clear understanding of the legal process and what to expect each step of the way. Words cannot express the appreciation I have towards Mr. Church and the Pate, Johnson & Church law firm. Unfortunately, this was not my original law firm. I had been advised by my original lawyer to take a guilty plea deal even though I was innocent. Two days before my hearing I reached out to Pate, Johnson & Church for assistance. After talking to Mr. Church I felt a ray of hope. Mr. Church actually listened to me and what had happened. He was able to review my case and within 24 hours informed me that the case against me had been mishandled. Within two months I went from possibly going to jail, or a lifetime being as a convicted felon to having the case dismissed and looking at possible retribution against the individuals and organizations that had accused me of a crime I had not committed. There are a lot of law firms out there that simply want your money and could care less about the end result, Pate, Johnson & Church are not one of those. They listened to me, fought for me, and in the end the case was dismissed. I would highly recommend using Pate, Johnson & Church as your law firm.

My husband reached out to Mr. Tom Church during a time of despair after his previous attorney failed to resolve important and pertinent items with his case. Mr. Church always demonstrated concern, professionalism and dedication to my husband’s case from the first meeting and consultation to the present. Mr. Church has a passion for doing what is right and at every step of the process has given thoughtful advice and encouragement. He has never wavered and is personally invested in the outcome as if he is the client. Our previous attorney was a disappointment and a mistake from the beginning. My husband’s time to serve was reduced after a motion was filed by Mr. Church which is extremely rare in cases such as ours. His tactics as a criminal defense attorney in the courtroom are impressive to say the least. There’s literally not enough time to write all the great things about Attorney Kate. She exceeded every single expectation we had. We live a few hours away from her office and I wasn’t sure if that would cause any issues with delays or communication. There was never any issue and in fact, Kate was way more on top of things than any attorney I have ever used locally! She was prepared 100 percent for everything that needed to be done and was over-prepared for our court date. The thing I liked the most about her is that she made herself available and always responded quickly to all calls and text regarding the case. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to hire a lawyer. You will not regret it. Kate knows her stuff and she will do everything she can to get you the outcome you are seeking. Their prices can be costly but I truly believe you get what you pay for. It was worth every dime! Thanks for all your did for my family Kate! Your the real MVP!

We were very fortunate to have hired Page Pate for my husband. Both Page Pate & Tom Church worked tirelessly on our case. Page was extremely calming & patient through the entire process. He never sugar-coated anything and was always direct & honest with us along the way. We have never dealt with the Federal law before and had no idea what to expect. Page Pate was crucial in securing the best financial outcome with having been in front of one of the toughest judges. We are very thankful that we did not lose our entire life savings. There were several people on the indictment and my husband came out with a very small monetary judgement compared to everyone else losing the majority of what they had. When we had to face the judge in NYC, both Page and Tom were present. We will be forever grateful for their professionalism and dedication.

Thomas Church provided legal representation for a dear friend of mine. After having a bad experience with a different lawyer from Atlanta who did not communicate, did not advocate for his client, and was only interested in money, Mr. Church and his team was a breath of fresh air. We made a call and within 12 hours he had done more for my friend than his previous lawyer had done in the past 3 years. He was open, honest, made sound legal advice, and actually followed up on information that was provided to him as evidence of innocence. Once retained he contacted the prosecutors to share the evidence who had never seen it before (due to the horrible initial attorney), appropriate paperwork was filed and all charges were dismissed as there were no findings of wrongdoing evident. What one poor attorney could not do in 3 years was cleared up in less than two months by Thomas Church and his team. He was honest, always available, and never promised more than he could deliver. I am glad that we found him and he took over this case, otherwise things may have turned out very differently for an innocent man. If you want a good, honest attorney that will work for you, this firm is for you. We will always be grateful.

Page Pate and his partner Jess Johnson are top notch! Both are brilliant attorneys with incredible integrity. Page represented me in a successful 5 year long Whistle-blower False Claims Act Case pertaining to a Customs Fraud scheme carried out by Bassett Mirror Company, Z Gallerie and Macys. I had contacted other Whistleblower attorneys in Birmingham and Nashville prior to finding him. Those firms were quick to boast about their Qui Tam knowledge and successes, then told me my case would be too difficult to try and chances would be slim that the DOJ would take the case. I do believe they wrote me off as a dumb blonde who didn’t know what she was talking about.. Then I received a return phone call from Page Pate whom I had emailed just like the others with the details surrounding my claim. Despite his busy schedule and prestigious reputation as one of the best Federal Trial Lawyers in the US, he was unbelievably polite, respectful and took the time to listen, explain the process in it’s entirety and answer any questions. Page saw the potential of my case where the others didn’t. He and Jess worked very long hours preparing the claim, researching, making phone calls and attending meetings with me to assist the DOJ, Homeland, CBP, Commerce Department, IRS and various other agents. Page remained totally engaged with the government and myself throughout the 5 years it took the Government to settle with 2 of the 3 defendants for a total of $25M. Being a Whistle-blower is not easy, especially while the case is under seal. It’s an secret emotional roller coaster ride and no one can know you bought a ticket to ride! Despite my own ups and downs, Page and Jess got me thru it and I never felt “abandoned” throughout the process. $4.3 Million Dollars later, I am still thanking God every day for Page Pate and Jess Johnson and their belief in me and their ability to make a $25M case out of what other expert Qui Tam attorneys saw as impossible.
