Kasey Libby was a life saver for me. I have been dealing with very difficult and sensitive family matters. He was there for me every step of the way. He never gave up. At times I expected him too, but he never did. Professional, caring, and in the process, became someone I consider my friend. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Libby. He represented me on a probate issue involving a claim on an insurance policy. After reviewing my documents, Mr. Libby gave his honest opinion of the case, never over promising, providing legal counsel and much needed guidance. Once I paid the retainer within 24 hours Mr. Libby put all parties on notice and stopped the distribution of funds. I never saw any excessive or miscellaneous charges on my monthly statements. He does stay rather busy so be patient with his firm, but he has always updated me on the status and progress of the case. I truly believe that if I went with another attorney, they would’ve easily found a way to consume my retainer much faster. I’m glad I found Mr. Libby he has integrity and is professional when it comes to his clients. If I have any issues in the future, Mr. Libby will be my first call!
