Wow where do I begin, I met Mr. Howard 2 years ago I was searching for an attorney to represent my 18yr old son on a felony murder charge due to me not living in Georgia it was extremely difficult, I ran across a few attorneys but Mr. Howard stuck out to me I prayed and asked God to help me select a attorney that will care about my son not just the money. He fought long and hard for my son he filed several motions, my son was giving a polygraph test (which he passed)! He explains the future expenses outside of his representation fee for his excellent investigator Marty and other things. This law firm has everything you need all in one. All praises to God, the victim family and Mr. Howard hard work my son charge was changed to voluntary manslaughter. If you want an attorney that cares and will fight hard for you look no further he will treat you like family! It was truly a blessing to receive the outcome of this situation. God is truly amazing. Thanks Mr. Howard for all you did for my son.

I consulted with Attorney Weintraub in 2008 after an altercation with my father. He carefully explained what I was facing and possible consequences which helped me make an informed decision about my case. I’m still reaping the benefits of that decision today because of his expertise.
What I appreciate most is his tough talk with me at the end of the case. It was exactly what I needed to get back on track to avoid getting arrested again. How many attorneys are concerned about what happens next? Not many, which is why Howard was the best choice for me. He got me through my case, and now I’m living my second chance to the highest potential.

Mr. Weintraub was retained as an attorney for a family member. Our family member faced 8 serious charges, including 2 felony charges against a police officer, a dui, possession, speeding 100 miles/hr. etc. Mr. Weintraub’s amazing negotiating skills left our family member being formally charged with 1. Speeding 15 miles over. 2. Misdemeanor possession ( first offenders). 3. Probation until fines paid ( 5 minutes). This allowed our family member a record free, prison free, low fine outcome. He was able to negotiate this matter primarily from his office, allowing us, as out of staters, to travel back to Georgia only once for a final hearing that lasted 4 minutes. We interviewed numerous attorneys prior to finding Mr. Weintraub. All other attorneys believed jail or prison, with DUI programs, and large fines to be the best outcome. Mr. Weintraub offered a kind hearted honest observation with the promise to fight his hardest to minimize the impact. We could not be more greatful for the amazing outcome he gave us. He negotiated diligently to the very end, never settling until all options were exhausted. Mr. Weintraub, we can’t thank you enough.

August 2018 I was arrested in Georgia following an accident where I rear-ended another vehicle. I was under the influence of alcohol at the time of this last arrest and came to the realization that I had a very serious alcohol dependency issue: to be completely honest with myself and my family, I then finally acknowledged that I was an alcoholic, and that I needed to drastically change my life.
After this last DUI arrest, I started searching for a criminal defense lawyer to represent me in my DUI case. I knew with my record of multiple DUI convictions I was facing probably twelve months or more in jail if I were convicted on this DUI charge, especially when I had rear-ended another car while I was driving drunk. In my search for a criminal defense attorney, God must have taken over, as I chose criminal defense lawyer Howard Weintraub to represent me. What impressed me most about Howard was how personable he was from the very start and the fact that he himself took the time to call me on a Sunday morning to speak about my case. When I initially called Howard Weintraub that Sunday morning in August 2018, he was out enjoying that summer day with his wife, but he took the time to speak at length with me on the phone and he told me exactly what his strategy would be in defending me. He also made it abundantly clear to me in our first telephone conversation that he wanted me to immediately and proactively take control over my battle with alcoholism. I’d finally hit rock bottom so I was more than ready to take his advice and take control of my alcoholism.: He put me on an electronic device connected to a monitor that I wore strapped to my right ankle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to prove down the road to the judge and prosecutor that from the day I had this device installed and throughout the days until the case was resolved, that I had remained completely sober; he insisted that I immediately undertake an alcohol and drug evaluation; that I immediately receive counselling by licensed professional counselors; that I immediately attend multiple weekly AA meetings; and that I attend DUI Risk Reduction School. I did everything that Howard asked me to do.
Of all the lawyers I’ve hired to represent me in my previous DUI cases, Howard was the only one who actually cared about me fighting and conquering my alcoholism. I never stressed or felt worried during my case because he kept me thoroughly informed and focused my alcoholism instead of the case. Without him as my attorney I am certain that I would not have begun and continued on with my fight against alcoholism. Thank you, Howard Weintraub, as you literally helped me save my life!
Howard Weintraub kept me out of jail, preserved my driving privileges and put me on the road to conquering my alcoholism. God bless you Howard Weintraub! I now consider Howard Weintraub to be a friend and, even though his representation of me is over, he continually calls me to see how I am doing on my road to remaining sober and alcohol free. I thank you Howard Weintraub for everything you have done for me and my family.
I highly recommend Howard Weintraub to anyone in need of a dedicated, hard-working, and compassionate criminal defense attorney to represent you in any type of criminal matter you may have. He and his partner Benjamin Black Alper, and the rest of his team, will provide you the best criminal defense and customer service that you can trust.

Howard Weintraub was both a huge help and a huge comfort to me. He made time to meet with me on short notice and never failed to give a clear explanation of what was going on and what we were going to do about it. He clearly cared very much about helping me resolve my legal issues in the best way possible, and I am extremely grateful for his hard work!!

Caught a fed charge back in early 2000’s, could’ve ruined my life. We decided Howard would be the best man for the job and had absolutely no regrets. Excellent character and very efficient. I’d highly recommend him.
