Mr. Mcnally is very acknoledgeable and family oriented when working with clients. He explains the matter of a case into detail and works with clients about how the aspects of a case effect the total matter. Mr Mcnally is polite and does not push a resolution without the clients consent. He explains the reasoning of a resolution in court with confidence. He always respond to messages despite being busy. I highly recommend his services to anyone.

It took me a while to write this, as Felony Charges sometimes have to have difficult outcomes. In my case, this outcome was a slap on the wrist compared to what others in my situation face.
Mr. McNally worked my case like it was his own life on the line. He used every resource available to get me an outcome that I realized later was the work of a magician.

Matthew provided a tremendous amount of help toward fighting an egregious code violation fine for tree removal on my own property. The Brookhaven city arborist fined me and each worker on site (yes, you read that correctly) each with an $18,200 fine for removing a dying tree beside my house. Matthew was instrumental with representing us and getting the fine significantly reduced to a very reasonable fine. He heard us out whereas other attorneys wouldn’t return calls or speak to us without a consulting fee. He maintained communication even at inconvenient hours given my complex work schedule. Working with Matthew McNally, along with his assistant Melodie was great! My case extended from March 2020 (COVID-19) to October 2021. Being a student and pregnant with my first child at the time was all quite stressful for me. However, Matt reassured me throughout the process everytime and the team was both professional & on point in every aspect. Charges were dropped and I couldn’t be anymore relieved. My experience using The Law Office of Mathew T. McNally was excellent. I had an issue on my criminal background that had been plagueing me for over 31 years. Matt was able to determine what was causing the issue, get in touch with the correct people, and have the issue corrected. Matthew T. McNally is one of a kind when it comes to a defense attorney, his true passion and dedication to serving his clients is outstanding and the performance shows it all. I was being charge with a felony case of possession and in the results of hiring McNally my case was dismissed off my record. Also when you contact McNally he will always answer and if not return to your contact within a very reasonable matter, and will always keeps you updated with important information and thoughts that will help your future. Mr. McNally helped me to get all charges dismissed and sealed in a short amount of time. I was facing felony possession charges and am not a GA resident. Mr. McNally was able to reduce the number of court appearances (only had to appear once). He explained to me in great detail what my options were and was available to answer numerous questions I had, promptly. I felt like a weight had been lifted once I decided to hire Mr. McNally as my attorney. I highly recommend this attorney. It’s clear that he has a lot of experience with the Fulton County court system and is a good person to have as legal representation.
Important to mention that Mr. McNally generously reduced the total amount of legal fees owed by over $1000 because we were able to get a pre-trial intervention and avoid subsequent court appearances.
