Opened in 1995 as the Original Pancake Palace, The Diner on Abercorn offers excellent food at reasonable prices; and is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, for your convenience and dining enjoyment. Come in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The menu includes a wide selection of delicious choices, including salads and deserts, as well as unique specials which can only be found here. The Diner on Abercorn is a locally operated family restaurant and is known throughout Savannah for its history of serving fine food.

This is where the “locals” come – and not just for the great food, but also because of the clean comfortable atmosphere, the talented expert cooks, and the friendly professional staff.

The costumer service here was amazing. I would recommend coming here to anyone and everyone in the area. Especially if you need dinner really late after traveling. The restaurant itself was very clean, renovated, and well maintained. The food was hot, fresh, and fast. The presentation far exceeded my expectations.

I’d have posted pictures but we attacked out plates too quickly. While they forgot a couple of things such as a side of fruit and chocolate on the kid’s pancakes everything tasted amazing. Pancakes, waffles, eggs bacon were great. The sausage gravy tasted like it has Italian sausage in it, which was awesome. We were pleased and surprised they only had 3.5 stars.

Amazing place to go! First time going and the waitresses are very friendly. Service was quick and easy. Absolutely no complaint for the staff. Was very understanding of my daughters allergy and helped in such a professional matter! Will be back soon!
