The Appliance Doctor, Inc. has been serving metro Atlanta for over 34 years. We are locally owned and operated and provide you with the best appliance repair service available. We have been in business since 1980 and employ 21 trained service technicians and an office staff of 10 who are here to serve you.

We are the most reliable appliance repair company in the business and we stand behind all of our work. Our pricing schedules are the most fair and honest around. It is very common for appliance companies to pay their technicians by commission which makes it hard for the client to receive the best service. We will never overcharge our customers because we want to be your appliance repair company.

Devon from Appliance Doctor was fantastic! I had issues with my gas stove and disposal. He diagnosed the problems, fixed them, and showed me how to prevent them from happening in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

I’ve had 3 houses in 30 yrs in East Cobb
First time I used them they sent Richard
He was great. Second time parts weren’t available for a relatively new double oven. Richard found the part in Chicago and saved us from buying a new unit. Recently I had a water leak under my refrigerator. I asked for Richard this time and he fixed it in 20 minutes. Can’t say enough about Appliance Doctor and Richard. Thanks man!

Richard was the repair technician and was very professional and checked out the concern. After looking at the seal and his honesty, we both agreed to not replace the seal at this time. If I have any issues in the future with any appliance I will definitely call The Appliance Doctor.

I couldn’t be happier. The Appliance Doctor is the third company the warranty service sent out to replace my microwave/oven built-in. They were also the last company as they did a fantastic job. The two individuals that showed up had excellent interpersonal skills and were very professional. I would highly recommend these guys and plan on requesting them specifically in the future should I need to.

I met the owner at a Cobb Chamber of Commerce meeting many years ago. I was impressed with his style and attitude and have been using them ever since. There are many appliance repair places out there but not many take care of you like The Appliance Doctor does. I have referred many people to them over the years too. Xavier, a tech at The Appliance Doctor, just left and once again this company impressed me. Xavier answered all my questions, fixed my issue in a timely fashion, and was just a pleasure to work with from the moment he arrived. People that have issues often don’t give companies like this an opportunity to fix the problem. No one is perfect. A company that values customer service and responds to reviews stands out from all the rest.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Roman was our technician. On time. Professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly, got new part, installed in a short period of time. Very happy with my experience with this company. Highly recommend. Also Caitlin was a joy to deal with scheduling my appointment.
