We have been taken advantage of many times throughout buying cars at dealerships but not HERE at TERRY REID HYUNDAI! BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!
For starters Chandler answered the phone in a professional manner got right to the point told me what inventory they had in stock and offered to set up an appointment that day. We decided to go down that way and we are so glad we did we were greeted by Chandler in the parking lot. He showed us the cars we talked about on the phone that he had on the lot. After asking more questions and gauging what we features we absolutely wanted he told us to come inside. Now they were busy that day so there were customers already in front of us who Chandler was helping out but instead of just leaving us and having us wait he immediately went to his manager Muhammad and introduced us to Travis who was going to be taking care of us after we test drive, while Chandler continues helping the other customers. Muhammad introduced himself and went right pulling some cars for us to test drive. After finding which one we loved we went back to Travis who was very kind and professional and proceeded the car buying process. I had some trouble on my end filling out the application and instead of the telling me to try again Muhammad and Austin took time to help me redo the application which during that time I got to see how amazing and professional and personable all these men were. than happy with after that Chandler and Travis and Muhammad went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. From Chandler to Travis to Muhammad to Austin to even Chase helping us out with our blue link as we were about to leave. Every single person I came into contact with left a lasting impression that I will never forget and when we need another vehicle WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO TERRY REID HYUNDAI. Thank you!

Terry Reid Hyundai is one of a few dealerships I entrust the service of my vehicle. They are always going to inspect and recommend in pursuit of safety for the consumer and the protection of the vehicle investment. It may not always be good news or affordable news, however their dedication and compassion sets them apart from other facilities attepting to do the same. From being greeted by Theresa to the service from Tim, Wesley, and the crew, you will be treated and taken care of as if you were family. I am happy to have had my service and employment with this company, and I will always send recommendations back to them. I can honestly say to others that as a full time employee I was taken care of like family, and that continues now as a full time customer. Thanks to Tillman, Austin and Matt for helping us find the perfect SUV for our business. Tillman was awesome to work with and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Matt checked on us numerous times over the course of the process to make sure we were receiving the best customer service possible. It’s easy to see that they have an owner who truly cares as well. By far the BEST dealership that I’ve ever encountered. I experienced some issues with my car and was ready for a trade in. When I arrived, the sales men already had a plan put together for me and presented me immediately with all my options. The teamwork and customer service that I experienced was top notch. I was able to speak with multiple different employees including salesmen, owners, and service managers. My husband and I are not easy buyers, but Anthony did an amazing job at using every resource possible to get us a great deal without losing his patience. I was able to work closely with salesman Tillman who is extremely passionate about his work. He made the car buying experience very fun and helped relieve a lot of my stress. Austin in finance laid out all of our protection options and offered us full honesty which was greatly appreciated. We were able to get my dream car at a reasonable price with clarity of mind. My new car was washed and filled with gas before I even left the lot! Tillman even went as far as to personally show me every feature of my car (And he was just as excited as I was!). I was ensured that should any problems arise, the staff would be available to help anytime. I could not recommend a greater team of wonderful human beings.

Chase and Austin were so incredibly understanding and nice and went above and beyond for us!! We are so happy with our new car! Second time getting a car from them and it was not a mistake! If you are looking to go somewhere to get you’re car, take this ad your sign!

Travis is an excellent employee and sales representative at Terry Reid Hyundai! My husband and I had been searching for the right vehicle for our 16 old and Travis was patient, knowledgeable and had great suggestions. He listened to our needs and concerns and brought us to the perfect car! 5 stars all around!
