I lived in Paulding most of my life and every time I come back, Tequila is where I eat. Excellent food, great drink specials, and their tortas are awesome!
This location is closed on Sunday, though. You’ll need to visit their location in Hiram.

We ended up here by default. The popular places in town were mobbed on a Saturday night, and we were in a hurry.

“This won’t be any good,” I muttered, (The restaurant is in a depressed strip mall flanked by sad looking thrift stores and storefront churches.) To my surprise, I was wrong. Tequilla Restaurant is better than the other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in Paulding.

The food is fresh and well prepared, the portions plentiful, and Anna, our server, was delightful! Prices are also better than the competition.

As another yelper said, ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.’ If you’re in the mood for fajitas — or any other Mexican specialty — and don’t want to wait for a table at those other places, give Tequilla a try!
