Jonathan & Natalie are a husband and wife Realtor team who genuinely feel blessed to be able to do what they love to do. They have built a very successful Real Estate career over the past 10 years and have accumulated many awards & much recognition by being the #1 Sales Team in their office in 2009-2014 and Top 3% Nationwide with BHHS.

Jonathan is a Georgia native and grew up the youngest of three siblings. He grew up in Mableton GA and attended South Cobb High School then went on to graduate from the University of West Georgia with an Honor’s degree in Business Management.

Natalie was born in Canada and moved to Georgia with her parents and younger sister when she was 12 years old. She attended McEachern High School in Powder Springs and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.

I have been in the building industry for over 20 years and have seen many agents along the way. Some who are all about the quantity and some who are about the quality. Johnathan and his team are all about the quality. Johnathan made our transition into our home a wonderful experience!!! If it had not been for him, we would not have closed on our home due to the selling agent among other things. But he came through at the last minute.

He made himself available when we needed to see homes and returned our phone calls within 24hrs. I would recommend his team to anyone who is needing an agent with character, integrity and looking out for your best interest. He also recommended ACCESS NATIONAL MORTGAGE who is a top-notch lender. Very courteous, professional, and patient. Jonathan is very personable, detailed, and assertive. I would recommend him to anyone. He looked out for us and our individual needs and wants. He is very easy to get in touch with when I needed him which is very important to me. Selling our house in Powder Springs, GA was due to us following Jonathan’s detailed advice on the specific changes to give our house that extra sparkle. He would often relate decluttering and furniture organization to us as “house buyers” instead of “house sellers.” Changing our thought process from just selling a house to “what would we like to see if we were buying this house” made a great impact on us and our confidence in Jonathan.”
