The experience with Taylor Hyundai was amazing. The concierge service was the first place I started online. I was contacted by Angel M. and he was very understanding of what “I” wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. This made me comfortable with the process and purchase. I was scheduled for a test drive and I received a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and the Genesis Corporation from Angel. The details about the vehicle were specific and answered all the questions I had. They worked hard on the numbers and the trade in, which I truly appreciate with the current economy.
As a veteran it makes my heart warm for the appreciation they have for service members. I felt comfortable with my purchase overall and I would 100% recommend Angel for your next purchase. The amount of knowledge he gives about the vehicle is exceptional, this makes sure you are getting the full experience of your vehicle.
The GV70 2024 is at the top with its performance, luxury look and accessories. If you want to reward yourself with something nice I would start with this. I am elated about my purchase I wouldn’t trust another dealership to purchase from and to be honest and upright. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and warm. The facility is a beautiful dealership.

I had a great experience working with Julian in the service department today. Had to get my spark plugs replaced(a tune up), an oil change, and a few other much needed things done to my 2012 Hyundai Accent. Julian was very knowledgeable, patient, and provided great customer service the entire time. He has the heart of a teacher and explained everything in detail to me. He even went out of his way to request that the service technicians work me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. That was a huge blessing because I needed to get a ton of stuff done. He was very professional, kind, and sweet and cares a lot about customer satisfaction. Thanks Julian! Please keep him on staff and don’t ever let him go!

It was a great experience working with Angel Mendez when I was out with my son shopping for his first new car. Angel was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle and answered all of our questions in a very easy to understand manner. Would definitely recommend asking for Angel if you’re out shopping at Taylor Hyundai!

Angel Mendez was terrific, he made car buying very easy. When we arrived he showed us around the dealership, from the customer lounge, restrooms, parts department, service department even introduced us to the go to person in there. After doing all of the paperwork he reviewed all aspects of our new Palisade. This was our first time buying a Hyundai and we are impressed, I recommend Angel for all your car buying needs.

These guys are a strong 11 out of 10. Jarett was our salesperson and he was the best! Definitely an asset to this super team of professionals. David was the GSM (General Sales Manager) and he was fantastic too. Highly recommend these guys for your next vehicle purchase. They put a very strong deal together for me working with a “Push, Pull, Tow” trade in on a new 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I realize it was the end of the month and the end of the fiscal year for Hyundai but these guys definitely earned my future business. The dealership itself is “State of the Art.” Very very nice and super organized. It would compete with any Lexus, Mercedes or BMW dealership in the Southeast. I had the misfortune to deal with one of Taylor’s competitors in Millegeville GA and the difference was “night and day.” All the way around these guys beat the tar out of the Millegeville folks. Honestly, it’s like comparing the 3rd shift at Waffle House to Gordon Ramsay’s London restaurant on Hospital Road. Plus, the deal was significantly better $$$. Go here folks!!!

Every aspect of our experience buying our 2024 Palisade Calligraphy was awesome! Angel was our salesperson- he was awesome- very informative without us feeling pressured! Ultimately we loved all the bells and whistles of the Calligraphy— We would absolutely buy from Taylor again!

I had 2 services done and Danielle slick was just a doll. So friendly, respectful and informative. She explained everything very well. The service was quick too. Thank you Danielle !!!! You’re the best !!! I also called 03/26/2024 to see about my airbag icon that shows on dashboard and spoke with Andrew and when I asked him how much the actual labor was, he decided to try to be a smarty pants and say, “ well I don’t work in that department and that’s what they get paid to do. “ Very distasteful approach. Do better Andrew. I had to change my review because that was uncalled for. It’s better ways to handle that.
