I have been a System 5 Electronics customer for almost 20 years and at all four of my homes that I have owned here in Douglasville, GA. Their customer service department is second to none and if you have any problems, the owner Mr. Brown will get involved to ensure you are completely satisfied. I had the pleasure of working with one of their employees by the name of Tanisha and I must say that she was very professional and went out of her way to ensure that my issues were completely taken care of. I would recommend System 5 for all of your security system needs.

I have been with System 5 Electronics for 5 years and they are the best alarm company that I have been with. I have had other alarm companies for my home and would never go back to any of them. All of the staff that I have come in contact with at System 5 has been professional and very courteous. I have referred them to several friends and family. I recommend System 5 to anyone who wants a great alarm service.

Excellent service. Clear and precise system training provided. Staff wore Covid-19 protectors including shoe covers. Installation cleanup provide. On the way
call made with estimated arrival time. Proper introduction of himself made and was dressed in business specific attire.

I have tried calling System 5 several times to speak to a Technician and had been calling to speak to the System 5 Contractor who kept giving me the run around. I called the On call Technician Line and reached Kevin Marshall and he walked with me step-by step with the issue that I was having for our business. Kevin stayed with me every step of the way from logging in to my computer, he was very patient and I really appreciate his professionalism and his knowledge about system 5. Thank you Kevin for going above and beyond for our business.

Wonderful customer service. Accommodated my short-notice need to replace battery for an older system. Technician was polite, courteous, and professional. Advised us on strategy for upgrading system when we renovate. Totally enjoyable experience.

I called to get a Tech. to come out and change the battery on my key fob. Spoke to rep. Tanisha and she got the fee waved for me. I never saw this msg before to change the key fob battery. Ima watch the tech change it so next time I’ll know what to do myself. Thank You Tanisha for going the extra mile. Now I want to make sure the fee is truly waived once I get my new bill. Long time satisfied customer!
