Wanted to share my first conversation with Susan Sadow regarding my work injury. I have no knowledge of Georgia’s workers’ compensation process. First, she is concise, knowledgeable, and most of all, HONEST! I filled out the online “free consultation” on her website on a Sunday. I must say their website is very informative and easy to view. Unlike other sites I viewed while searching for an attorney. I received an email notifying me that my information was received, and they would contact me by phone to discuss details further. That same day, I received a text from Susan Sadow asking when is a good time to call. I replied back “Now”! She called me within minutes. She briefly asked me a few questions and provided me with the information I needed to HELP ME. I feel confident and fortunate to have found an honest, direct, knowledgeable, and most of ALL FIERCE HONEST ATTORNEY!

I was very impressed with the Sadow & Froy Law Firm . Both Susan and senior paralegal Brandy always kept my mind at ease and answered every question I had about my case . And if Susan was not available Heather would answer any questions I had . I would highly recommend this firm to my family and friends .

Susan Sadow is a true professional. I was very hesitant to hire an attorney after I was injured on my job. Choosing Susan proved to be the best decision I could have made. Susan Sadow … A Consummate Professional
After suffering a work related injury to my knee and elbow , the realization became crystal clear that trying to decipher the Workers Compensation maze was far beyond my scope. Representation , representation, representation…… I cannot say it enough. Susan most eloquently explained in detail how the process would unfold…… step by step. Susan and her team brought my case to a successful conclusion in a timely manner. As soon as I met Susan and her team, my level of stress truly lessened and invaluable to me.
Intuitively , I could tell Susan would be direct, honest and empathetic …… and that is exactly the way it happened. WOW!!!
Brandy assisted with so many details with an encouraging positive attitude even when I was really at a low point. I never felt left alone throughout the evolving circumstances.

For anyone contemplating Ms. Susan Sadow,
Susan Sadow has earned my utmost respect! She worked tirelessly on my behalf. Upon meeting Ms. Sadow, I was astounded by how brutally honest and forthright she was about my claim & her expectations of me.
My prior attorney never returned any of my calls or emails nor did she take the time out to explain to me step-by-step on the process of my claim from beginning to end.
Miss Susan did all of this and more. The staff at Ms. Sadow’s were extremely professional, compassionate yet thorough. Not once did they drop the ball! You could not ask for a better attorney.
I highly recommend Ms. Sadow & will continue to refer all Workman Compensation claims to her. Everyone of you deserves the best!

Best Lawyer! Hands Down!
Last year my husband had a terrible fall at work and it was a hard time for us. Once we contacted Susan, we knew she was the answer to our problems. My husband spent his time recovering instead of worrying about legal matters. Every time we called or emailed, we got a response back immediately. Susan was always sure to answer any questions or concerns. She is definitely very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer at all! Brandy and Susan are so amazing! I definitely would recommend Susan to anyone who is in need of a worker’s compensation lawyer. I am glad she represented my husband!

So fortunate to have found Susan!
I did not have an attorney for almost a year into my treatment after a serious injury at work.
Even though I had surgery for my injury, I knew more was wrong than what had been diagnosed.
Thank Heaven, someone recommended Susan Sadow to me. She immediately took control, worked to get me to a specialist who could diagnose all the “collateral damage” of the broken bones and treat what had been overlooked!
She was instrumental in getting my injured area assessed by highly respected specialists and got my case transferred to one of the top orthopedic surgeons.
After all treatments were done, my doctors and I came to the conclusion that I may never return to my per-injury state; I may always require medications to alleviate pain and I may need further treatment in the future.
Susan advocated for me to receive compensation to guarantee my needs will be met for the rest of my life.
Without Susan on my side and guiding me thru the “WC maze”, I know I would have never gotten the treatment I needed and my case probably would have just been closed, leaving me to figure out how to pay for the medication and treatment I will need for the rest of my years.
Even though my case is now closed, I know she is just a phone call away in case I need her!

Flawless Representation!
I injured my right arm at work and was getting nowhere dealing with workers comp doctors and insurance companies. They were not even going to fix my arm. I decided I needed an advocate on my side and hired Susan. That’s where things completely turned around! Susan’s law firm handled my case with uncanny precision, skill, and dedication. Nothing ever fell through the cracks or was left to chance!! Ange was the paralegal assigned to my case and she was extremely diligent, attentive and just plain nice! Heather was not even the lawyer working on my case, but she fielded any calls or emails just to get a quick response to any questions I had. I did a LOT of research to find the best lawyer, but what I found was a law firm that’s held in the highest esteem by other lawyers (I found this out when it was time to settle the case.) Susan squeezed all the money she could out of the defense until he squealed, and then proceeded to make him cough up even more…and THEN took his lunch money as well! Do yourself a favor and hire her law firm, you won’t regret it.

Great Great Great!
My dealings with Attorney Sadow and her staff were always professional, informative and productive. It made dealing with a difficult situation as easy as it could be. I was always given immediate attention to my concerns and needs no matter how small. I am thank you that I was able to find and utilize Ms Sadow and her team to bring this situation to a resolution. One of her staff, Brandy, was always at my disposal. She made my numerous little problems go away without any fanfare. It was the best of possible resolutions. Their actions were greatly appreciated.
