Keith H., the master plumber who came to my home, was able to quickly locate the leak in my ceiling, diagnose the problem, and repair the damaged pipe quickly. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and completed the work in less than an hour, including clean up. I like calling Superior, knowing the job will be done right the first time.
A second visit from Superior Plumbing to fix two leaks on copper pipes in my living room ceiling today (an unrelated job). Justen did a great job identifying the problem, fixed it with sound repairs and put our concerns about the water leaks at ease. He was polite, professional, and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend he and Superior Plumbing!
I also recently had Andrew C. out to our home to diagnose and repair a low-temperature shower faucet. He quick identified a faulty faucet cartridge and replaced it to restore full functionality. He was a pleasure to have over to our home and very friendly. Superior is the best plumber we’ve ever used!

My Superior Plumbing experience with Plumber, Ken Damyanov, was great!! Ken was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the specific source of my leak problem under the kitchen sink and went right to work on repairing it! Ken was also very friendly and has a great sense of humor too, which was very much appreciated since plumbing issues are typically not fun to deal with and can be quite the challenge. He made a rainy day feel brighter! I will definitely be requesting him again for any future plumbing needs! Thanks so much, Ken!! Job well done!!

Another company came out two times and did not fix a water hammering problem. Superior did a great job and they’re friendly.

My family had an emergency as our water heater burst this morning and we had to shut all water off. They were able to get Parker to our home and get everything fixed same day so my family would have water again. Parker was friendly, fast and kept everything very clean. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Andrew was very professional and on time for the dispatch call as well as the actual service work-day. He was able to complete the work same day but I opted to reschedule due to my own schedule. He explained his repair process, timing, and also sent before and after pictures. The price was very fair. Andrew’s thoroughness and professionalism was very much appreciated! I would definitely recommend Superior Plumbing to anyone having issues.

I used Superior to replace my water main which had split. I found their services to be excellent and the workmanship excellent. They arrived on schedule and were did the work for exactly what they quoted. They brought a team of workers and completed the job well within the estimated time. There was no messing around and they had excellent equipment to get the job done. Every person on the team was a professional with an extremely pleasant attitude. I am pleased to have water back and the final installation in my house looks great. I can highly recommend Ronnie as a plumber. He explained everything that was going to happen and how much it would cost before he started. He was always willing to explain anything that was going on during the work. Ronnie also listened to my requests for where piping should be placed, so I could better place equipment after the piping was installed.
If you want a professional job, with no excuses, I highly recommend Superior and Ronnie. Simply turnkey.

Plumber Justin was courteous, professional and prompt. I’m waiting to see if Superior follows up on a repair they could not complete today due to not having a part for our Delta Fixture. They committed to finding a faucet cylinder replacement. It could take 2 weeks. But They did replace Pressure Relief Valve and fixed two other issues. They will come back out to replace the part once they find it. Overall excellent so far!

Water heater was working intermittently. Called Superior. They came out determined the problem and within 5 hours old water heater gone new water heater installed

Justin Medlin was amazing today. He had a very quick response time, came out to our property, and very quickly fixed a Watermain leak that saved the day for our homeowner. He was professional, a joy to be around, and did amazing work. I would recommend Justin to anybody.
