My 2020 Blazer showed me a check engine light while driving and I had no engine temperature reading. I was able to secure a service appointment for first thing the next morning and was able to drop my car off the evening before. The service department replaced my coolant thermostat and sensor free of charge. I only wish someone had mentioned from the beginning that this was going to be a several-day-long process so that I could have better managed my expectations. It also would have been nice to receive regular updates from the service department to know the status of my repair.

My experience at Steve Raymond Chey has always been pleasant! And with Reggie being my Service advisor, I never go wrong! He is keen on the providing you with the latest and greatest information regarding your vehicle! I am definitely glad they got him on their team! Wouldn’t trust my C8 with anybody else but Steve Raymond!

Excellent service except for a possible manger who, at 6:50 AM, came into the dropoff area (behind the glass doors that open and close automatically) to demand that we back our cars out. I have no concerns with being directed, however, there was no good morning, or a hello with a please. He simply came in and barked the order at the two drivers in their cars. He was a balding, heavyset man that may have had a dark beard.I give him a two, but I give everyone else in service a 10.

Fatima was great. She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning until the end of my car buying experience. On a scale of 1-10, she’s an 11. However, 3 weeks after I purchased this car, it wouldn’t start, so I had to get jumped off twice. I took the car to the service department. It was determined that I needed a battery, which is not covered under the warranty. I had just recently purchased a new battery for the car that I traded in. I’m 70 years old and on a fixed income, and cannot afford a battery at this time. The guy in the service department told me that I could call the salesperson and see if they could help with the matter. I called and couldn’t reach Fatima, so I left a message and never received a response. Who sells a car that need a battery in 3 weeks. When I go to start the car now, I just pray for it to start because I still don’t have funds for a battery. The service guy quoted me a price of over 400 dollars. I’m still waiting for a response from a salesperson.

when I say run don’t walk, I meant that from the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with open arms. Go see Sergio. He’s the best he was able to show me the cars that I was looking at he let me test drive them he knew a lot about the vehicles. He knew their safety features. He knew the pros and cons. He was just helpful from the beginning to the end on top of that we have Tony the sales manager was awesome. He gave me the best deal I could ever imagine on my BMW. I walked out of there with a smile on my face after I left the finance manager, Charlie Martinez he was on point got me in and out with extended coverage. Yes extended , you heard right. These gentleman was not just helpful they were phenomenal. They made sure I was happy with my decision. They were just the coolest, genuine people I have ever met at a dealership they did not try to rip me off at all, and I walked out of there with a smile they went above and beyond to make sure that I was OK with the deal and that I was OK with my car and just overall just make sure that I was happy. The next day they also checked to make sure that I was great , so if you’re in the market to look for a new car, you need to go there to .
