I’m a college student who has stored my stuff here for two consecutive summers. Both years, I’ve found the space to be clean, well-staffed, and conveniently located. Today, I went to pick up my stuff and realized I’d left my key in Florida. Never to fear, though! Sylvia at Extra Space (it is no longer called Space Max) was incredibly kind and helpful, and since I was moving out, she was able to cut off my lock free of charge for me. I retrieved my belongings easily after that. An all-around great storage experience.
