My sales rep was Tyler and he did not use any of the “pressure” tactics that were used by some of the other companies that I requested estimates from. Very professional and checked on us several times throughout the process.
I did have to have one sash replaced after the work was completed and had zero issues in doing so. Made a phone call, gave the serial number and two weeks later, it was installed. The installers were just as professional.
They were eager to answer all of our questions and ensured that we were pleased each day of the installation, with the clean up. Outstanding!
