Dawn Barngrover is the best and most contentiousness in administering botox and fillers. I drive two and half hours for her because I have never looked better with anybody else creating an amazing appearance for me! She is always on the cusp of the most advanced techniques and offerings such as the Vampire Facial!! I cant wait to see her again!!

I traveled to Southeast Regional Pain Center from Richmond, VA back in December, 2013 for Ketamine Infusion Treatments for my RSD/CRPS. I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding, something that I have absolutely NOT received from any pain management provider here in VA.
It was nice to see a provider that not only understood my disease but understood how difficult the symptoms of the disease actually were and was willing to do whatever was needed to elevate my pain. I felt like I could breathe for the first time in 6 years. A breath of relief knowing that I had a physician and a clinic that I could depend on.

At the time of this post I am 33 and have spent half my life in constant pain due to degeneration in my back. This is the only pain clinic where I was treated as a person with an issue rather than a pill junky.
They take their time with patients and care about what you have to say and value your own input. They will discuss your medication with you rather than sticking you with whatever they want, which has been my experience elsewhere. I hate taking pain meds everyday, but it is the only way for me to lead a normal life and Dr. Barngrover and Jesse ensure that when i am seen every month that my pain-needs are met.
