Thank you so much to Saloni for helping me get into my second car from Sons!! I was heartbroken when I totaled my very first car last weekend that I had almost finished paying off but Saloni helped me find a car I love! She is also just very sweet and kind as a person and I loved being able to just talk with her while we were going through the process!

So officially, you all have entered your redemption arch. I was highly satisfied this week with service and care. Matthew is a gem and I hope you do everything possible to keep them happily employed with your team. I called the day before to verify I could be seen and Matthew answered the phone.
The day of service he was happy and calm and friendly. Car repair is a stressful time and I appreciate dealing with a rep who is knowledgeable and understandable.
Yes, the wait time was long. But its after covid and mechanics are a hot commodity. Shops do the best they can with who they have on hand. Patience is a virtue so I don’t mind the wait. It’s good that I was kept informed throughout the process while waiting.
Thank you Matthew. Y’all have regained my trust.
