Clean facility. Evenings are the best time to go when it’s not too crowded. It’s easy to get the equipment I want to work out on. I’m not really a gym person, but I really don’t mind coming here.

It’s a decent gym for the average workout. There’s a decent variety of Hammer Strength and Nautilus machines. They host a variety of fitness classes. There’s basketball and racketball courts, a recreational pool, a lap pool, a hot tub, an outdoor one mile track, a sauna, and large locker rooms with showers.
The gym is usually clean, though not the most organized. Posted signs and the courtesy of a few others seem to be the extent of the effort to maintain any order. The weights, both plates and dumbbells, need to be reset as they are rarely returned properly.

The lady at the front desk was rude, started bad mouthing me in front of me, then a lot of people said that she threatened to smake a little kid and started kicking people out.

I like working out here late at night when it’s empty. It’s usually really packed during business hours.

This is a really nice place, the instructors are great, there is almost a free treadmill. The best thing of it all it has SMOOTHIE KING!

I never have a problem working out although the free weights get swarmed every time I am in there. I have to stick to the machines in there and run on the treadmill. Which there is always one free to run on.

Fort Benning seems to take the gym very seriously. This place is very clean and has amenities like a rock climbing wall and a smoothie bar. There is limited equipment and no shortage of people working out so waits for equipment are to be expected.
