Doctor Berman, clinical and admin staff are extremely service oriented – great patient rapport, quick and efficient diagnosis and treatment plan, wealth of information on options, upfront all the way regarding costs, great follow up. Great health outcome. These guys are a 10+.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the man named Alec that helped me before me going to see the primary care doctor but they are amazing. My experience was good from the beginning everyone was beyond helpful and willing to help me no matter what my issues were. They listened to all of my issues and really made me feel like they cared about my well being. I’ll always come back and how fast and efficient they were was good too I think I was in and out all about in an hour with 2 people in front of me. I’ll be back !!

I went here this morning after feeling very badly for 2 1/2 days and taking all of the over-the counter remedies for cold/flu. I had all of the typical symptoms of flu, including a horrible hacking cough that kept me awake at night and caused my chest and throat to hurt badly. The entire staff from the guy at reception (sorry, didn’t get his name) to Shelley the nurse and Jamie the P.A. were friendly, professional, thorough, and fast. I loved that you can make an appointment online and they were good about getting me in before some walk-ins. The diagnosis was indeed the flu and they gave me some prescriptions and sent me on my way. Hopefully the meds will heal me quickly. I highly recommend this location.

The overall experience was great from the time I entered until I left. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient in processing my paperwork and payment. The doctors were profound in their work to treat me for my illness. They made sure that I had a clear understanding of my illness and the treatment I had received. As a college student away from home, the doctor went as far as to give me referrals to local Atlanta doctors for a follow up. This saved a me trip back home to see my primary physician!

The Staff, the nurse and doctor where great. They rule out all test to get get a better understanding of my sickness of what brought me in. Despite the test came back negative but my pain and discomfort was obviously present. They didn’t not send me home empty handed still in pain. In fact ask me if I still want to run other exams and scans.

Excellent care and telephone follow-up by PA Ashleigh. Very professional, kind, and compassionate. Provided written information describing my diagnosis and appropriate follow-up. Called me the next day to provide additional in-depth feedback on the x-ray. Lavender took my vital signs and was kind and helpful. Receptionist was lovely when I called before arriving to ask if they would take my insurance. Overall, an outstanding experience. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you.

Wonderful. Walk in, but they bill it as a doctor visit so much cheaper than urgent care (but it depends on which insurance you have. Call ahead to see if yours is “doctor visit” or “urgent$$care”). Wonderful staff, friendly and courteous and professional assistant and NP. Great bedside manner. You can sign in online to reduce wait. They’ve though of everything to make this a no-brainer if you need a doctor. Thank y’all for such easy help while I was really sick.

The level of care you get here is outstanding! The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient, I walked in and there was minimal wait time. The medical staff are incredibly, skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, they have excellent bedside manner, and it is evident that they really care about their patients. This will definitely be my go-to immediate care location from now on, they are amazing!!!
