Showed them a bunch of business and worked it through with them and received a response that they will not handle this business. Gave no reason why and I kindly asked them and no response. Will never refer or use this company. Be weary of them.

These folks are amazing! I found them through Trust Dale, which was big points right there. Customer service was great. They said they could send someone within the hour and sure enough he was here. Immaculately uniformed gentleman who was extremely knowledgeable, Luis did the service and the couple of repairs needed at a very fair price. Poor guy had to crawl under my house and he was so good about it. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a service/repair company. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you!
Ok, so now as of Dec 2023, I’m updating my post. I finally got to the point where I had to replace my system. I went with Shumate, and I could not be happier with my results. The new Trane system is cranking out the heat. The A/C will be great when needed, I’m sure. The install team were just fabulous. Right on time, very respectful of each other and their job. They made sure I knew how everything worked, and cleaned up every speck debris, of which there was a lot. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service/maintenance, or system replacement.

We’ve used all of Shumate’s services – HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman. They’re prompt, professional, and know what they’re doing. We just wrapped up a powder room renovation and they were here each step of the way for electrical, plumbing, and handyman services. I feel like we know most of the guys by name now (lol) but we trust them and will continue to call on them in the future!

We’ve been a Shumate client for many years and two homes! Their customer service is fantastic and their technicians are professional and are attentive to detail. This maintenance visit we had the i-wave installed in our system for air purification, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision! We’ve had the UV light system till now, but this is even better, and we won’t have to replace a bulb anymore! Fresh air in our home is great!! Wonderful service.

What a great bunch of professionals! There is nothing worse than having an old HVAC unit break down in the middle of a Georgia summer, but for two summers in a row that is exactly what has happened to me. Thank goodness for the great guys at shumate, that were not only able to find parts that fit my unit so that I didn’t have to buy a new one, but were pleasant, and professional in every way. I feel that the price that they charged was very reasonable, and they got that cold air blowing again quickly! Will not hesitate to use again, and refer friends to them often.
