This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Shottenkirk and I will never go anywhere else. It’s been my dream to have a Wrangler and it finally came true! I have dealt with many sales people but Erin was hands down the best. Erin went above and beyond to get me the best deal and being as I had been turned away at several other dealerships he worked a miracle for me. He made me feel like more than a sale. When it came time to finance it was a quick and painless process and Bill was the best. He went through every detail and made sure I was satisfied. This dealership will get all my business in the future.

Bought a Jeep Compass and absolutely love it. Salesman ,Mike , was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful in making the purchase as easy as possible. I would highly recommend these guys. I never felt pressured and was offered a great deal.

This place is amazing! I found a Nissan Murano here and loved everything about it. Test drove others an knew they wasn’t the one I was looking for but when I test drove this one I knew I wanted it. The salesman Tanner was amazing describe everything to me while he showed me the vehicle. Plus even followed me to take the rental car back to enterprise! I would give them 100 stars if I could. Thank you guys so much for everything you guys done!

Going into this dealership we were skeptical from a previous experience at a different dealership and reading all these reviews. Right off the get we were greeted by Joe B. a very nice car salesman, who went above and beyond to make sure we were getting a car we would be happy with.
We had Cory, Albert, and Bill all working days to get us into this car since our credit wasn’t the greatest. I 10/10 recommend this dealership; Very professional, polite and was great with working with us while we had our kids with us. They even gave our kids a cute little toy to keep them occupied.
They provided snacks/drinks multiple times while we were there. I’ve been to several dealerships in the past, including a Shottenkirk in a different county and non of them compare to this one. When we’re back in the market for a new car I will 100% be going back to this dealership.

Great customer service. The salesperson I worked with was Cleveland, and he put me in the truck I’ve been wanting for the past few years and for a reasonable price and a good rate. Overall I am very impressed.

Everyone at this dealership was fantastic. This was the first time in my life that I went alone to buy a car. The people here made me feel comfortable and respected. If I ever need a new Jeep (I don’t know if I’ll ever want to get rid of this one) it’ll be from here.

I want to say, I am 44 years old and have bought plenty of cars in my time but have never been more impressed with the job Gerald and Shane did today. Highly recommend anyone looking for a car to talk to these guys. Very professional and very satisfied with service.

Shane Brand and the whole staff at Shottenkirk is top notch. Donovan Bickford is finance is spectacular Will Rawlins in sales will do anything he can to earn your business and for service I highly recommend Caleb Phillips. You will not go wrong. Each of them go above and beyond to earn you business and remedy any issue you may have in a timely fashion.

We used to buy all of our cars from Ford. But recently we have purchased two vehicles from Cherokee Jeep. It was such a wonderful experience. Our salesman, Craig Smith, took excellent care of us. Made us feel like he was there to help us in anyway he could. Not just to sell another car. We appreciate it. And will be recommending Cherokee, and Craig. Both finance guys we worked with were also wonderful. Thanks again. We’ll be back.
