Shogun Japanese Restaurant offers award-winning hibachi grill and sushi options to the Macon, Georgia area. Since 1998, our master sushi and hibachi chefs have prepared epicurean delights before customers’ eyes. We feature fresh fish, choice beef, and an amazing bar with endless cocktail creations. We also offer our customers banquet rooms for special events and off-site catering services.

Shogun Japanese Restaurant is the top choice for hand-rolled sushi and hibachi dining in the Macon, Georgia area. Macon Food & Culture named us the 2008 and 2009 Foodie Award winner for best steak house and we were also the 2010 pick for best sushi from the Macon Telegraph. We’re also happy to host field trips for children to experience our hibachi tables. Parties are welcome and reservations are accepted.

Any time we visit Macon, we go to Shogun for dinner! The headache roll from the sushi menu is our family’s absolute favorite; we have family members who are picky about their steaks, and they love the steak from Shogun. Shogun is our favorite Japanese restaurant, hands down!

I’ve been to this restaurant a thousand times if I can exaggerate. This restaurant has amazing hibachi chefs with lots of cooking experiences and knows how to entertain costumers and have kind relations including the servers. Especially Mrs. Jeanie the best server ever is one of them. The sushi here is out of scale which I mean is amazingly good. If anybody wants Japanese food consistently at the same place, this is the place to go to.

The atmosphere & customer service you will experience here will have you returning time & time again. Many family birthdays and events have been held here due to how awesome the staff treats you. Plus, the food is always perfect. Their hibachi is delicious, as well as their regular dining area. The sushi is also some of the best in town.
