He was very professional and nice. He had an issue re-creating the problem but he sat there for almost two hours and simulated 4 loads until the problem came up! The fix was fast too. I am very pleased with the service.

Repairman arrived within the scheduled window. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the part. He ordered the part and returned in four days to repair the refrigerator. Took about five minutes to install the new part. Everything is working good at this time.

Our tech was Randy,he did a great job.He was very professional and informed us to what he needed to do to repair our unit.He could not have been any better.Great personality.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
However we do have a major problem with Sears.The unit we purchased from Sears was installed in the WRONG place,by the installer Sears sent out to do the work.Instructions were to have the unit put at the end of the house,for proper ventilation of the unit.However it was installed right against the porch,in an enclosed area with Littlest ventilation possible.So,if it was put in the PROPER place to start with,we probably wouldn’t be having all these problems now.
We have told Sears numerous times about this PROBLEM,to no avail.If Sears reads this,the option is yours.FIX this problem before we have another hot summer or cold winter or have a very vocal former customer telling everyone to shop elseware.Claude Moore

Our technician was very attentive to our concerns and promptly took care of our stove top as he said he would. He worked in a professional manner and took ample time to make sure it was installed and working correctly before he left. All was perfect at the time of his departure.
What I am going to inform you of concerns the Stove Top itself. It does NOT reflect the technician that worked on our stove top. I repeat the remaining of this review does not reflect the technician who installed the stove top.
Unfortunately, our concern for the stove top itself has been an issue for over a year now. It was in perfect shape and ready to use when the technician left. I want to make a note that we’ve used glass top stoves for many, many years with never one issue.
The next morning after the new stove top was replaced for the first use, I used a small, very lightweight ceramic pan to make french toast. When I was finished, I began to wipe down the surface as I always do. I then discovered a crack on the burner I just used and was so disappointed. I am about to make our hot sauces to stock up for the winter and this is not acceptable. I feel like I have to walk on eggs when using it.
This product has been a nightmare and I am not 100% satisfied. I would not recommend this product for anyone to use. I was also disappointed with Sears supports lack of care. Since I have had issues with the stove top since we got this product in June of 2015, Sears Support has been dragging their heels to get it done. Now that it’s finally installed, we are back to square one. We have purchased all our appliances over the years through Sears and am getting weary and not confident in their products or support.
