Our experience with Scott and Karen was excellent. I would definitely use this company again. It was the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had. Mr. Hall arrived on time and did a great job on our home, very professional, thorough and polite.

Scott does an excellent job and leaves the carpets and rugs clean and dry. He cleaned 4 month old tea stains (spilled a whole pint) from a light colored rug. I was amazed that I could not even determine where the stains had been.

Scott may be the best choice for carpet cleaning in the metro area. His wife Kathy answers the phone, gives me quote and gets me on the schedule. He shows up on time, even a couple minutes early (which lets be honest, that is rare) and does a walk through before getting started. He takes his time, cares about the results, and you can tell has pride in his business. In an era where customer service is basically dead, this was beyond a pleasant surprise – though it shouldn’t be if you read his reviews on Yelp or other sites. Oh by the way, no adders or weird price increases – exactly as quoted. Thank you Scott, we’ll do business again.

Best carpet cleaning I have experienced so far. Scott came on time, got to work and left my rooms looking awesome. The process was painless, he moved furniture when needed, even got under the sofa and the bed. I highly recommend Scott for all your cleaning needs.
