Welcome to Scale Solutions! Learn dieting tips and get support from others losing weight. We are a doctor’s office that specializes in weight loss. We use FDA approved appetite suppressants to keep you comfortable while dieting. You can and should eat your own food while completing our program.

Our company was founded by Dr. Don Gates. Dr. Don Gates received his Medical Doctorate (MD) from the prestigious Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. He became interested in nutrition in high school and college when he competed as a championship bodybuilder.

Dr. Gates feels privileged to be able to focus on his passion, which is giving people practical nutritional and lifestyle guidance. He feels blessed to have witnessed the positive changes this has made in thousands of patients’ lives.

I am only about 12 pounds overweight, but have had trouble losing it without anyone to be accountable to. On my first visit to Scale Solutions I met with the physician’s assistant who I must say I was not fond of. She was very condescending and somewhat insulting. This did not motivate my weight loss efforts in the least.

However, I decided to give it another chance approximately 2 months later. This time I met with the doctor who I liked very much. I strongly disagree with the previous review stating that this doctor does not have the skill to oversee wieght loss. I found him extremely knowledgable and very encouraging.

The concept of “”take in less than you burn”” is very common in weight loss and is a simple fact. I would be worried had he not told you this! I am very much enjoying the program and have lost 4 pounds in the last week! To anyone struggling with weight loss, whether it be 5 pounds or 200 pounds, I strongly recommend Scale Solutions.
