Imagine having your “low tire pressure” light come on after driving for 15 hours on southbound I95. This was us with a leaking tire. I found Savannah Tire was near us and called. Even though they were about to close, a friendly voice answered. We got great directions and told to head on over – they’d be there for us. We were fixed up, minus a nail, and on our way in no time. So thankful to find a great place like this. They also had a great selection of tires if we needed one. Definitely recommend.

The store manager, Freddy I believe was his name, was so amazing. There was a mix up with my appointment and he still took my car in and did it in the time he said they would. I never once felt pressured into buying anything extra. They did a wonderful job and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

I came in and the staff was very friendly and it didn’t take long for my service to be done. They were very informative and helpful. I am grateful and I will recommend this place over any place in the area. If you have any car issues come see them. I will be back and will always use only them for my mechanical needs!!!!!

I literally refuse to go anywhere else but here. The staff is always polite & informative & I never mind if there’s a few hour wait for my car to be serviced because the quality is always there. They answer questions or even inform you without asking with honesty & integrity & you can’t beat the price. That in itself speaks volumes of customer service & a company that cares! I have kept coming back since I moved to Savannah going on 3yrs now & will refer anyone to this location. Thank you so much for doing such an outstanding job!

This location is amazing! Not only do they provide affordable options but the staff is truly caring and supportive which goes a long way for those in need for car/tire repair. Words can not express how kind, generous and caring the staff is. Chris had the best customer service from the minute he answered my call to when I left. James did a wonderful job on my repair and was obviously extremely knowledgeable on the issues I was facing with my tire and explained them to me perfectly. Scott is amazing and has a wonderful team with him. I always vow to take my car to this location when I can, nothing beats great customer service when you’re in need. Thank you Chris, James, and Scott for the last minute tire repair and the genuine care you have shown. If I could give a million stars I would. I highly recommend this location for tire repairs!

Our van had an issue as we were traveling cross country. I called and they fit us right in and worked on it until the van ran beautifully again! Really nice people, the waiting room has a play place, and the whole place was very clean. Thanks Mavis!!!

Friday morning Dec 23rd, My daughter had an appointment at a big box store to get tires installed that she purchased from them. Her appointment was at 7:00 a.m. The big box store called to cancel the appointment due to tires not being delivered. They then called back at 8:00 a.m. and said the tires were in store but the appointment was still canceled. As her brother, our son, was flying in from the West Coast to Atlanta on Friday. It was an emergency the tires get replaced before the long drive with my 4 YO grandson and the rest of the family. I called around at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning, but no tire shops in the area had any kind of opening. I called Savannah tire and they said they had an appointment open but I would have to wait. When I arrived at the store it was super busy and short staffed. Also,they were helping out their sister store that was horribly understaffed. However, with a level of customer service and kindness rarely seen. Scott,at the front desk, told me not to worry he would get my car inand get the tires mounted so that we could be on our way. No matter what. He was right, about an hour later he had two tires mounted and balanced. And rotated the old tires to the correct position on the car. With this busy as he was the day before Christmas weekend. He took the time to help out a family that would have been stuck without him. I will recommend this location to absolutely everybody. My family’s vehicles will receive tires from this location every time they’re needed. This level of customer service is worth any distance or time used to travel it. If I could give 10 stars I would certainly do so.This shop deserves every bit of thanks and blessing this community can muster. THANK YOU SCOTT AND SAVANNAH TIRE POOLER!!!!
