When we decided to plunge into the pizza business in 1990, it just seemed appropriate that it be called Savage Pizza. Like its namesake, what grew out of this business is a reputation for honesty and inspiration.

Honesty of ingredients – fresh, from-scratch every day that inspire sauces and culinary creations that have made Savage Pizza one of the most successful and popular neighborhood businesses in the Little Five Points/Virginia-Highlands area.

Fantastic pizza, awesome atmosphere if you’re a fellow comic book nerd (even if you aren’t, you can still appreciate it), and massive sodas for $1.75. The pizza was legitimately the BEST pizza my girlfriend and I have ever had, and we were born and raised in Chicago, so that says a lot!!! Service was solid, lots of options for toppings. The Chicken Florentine pizza was mouth watering and savory. 10/10, will be back regularly!

I know it has little to do with the quality of pizza but this place is great for super hero fans. Now to the pizza, it’s really really good. I don’t eat a lot of mushrooms but I decided to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was more than friendly and the food is well priced.

BBQ Pizza, Tomato Basil, White on White Pizzas. All of these pies were outstanding. My wife said it was the best BBQ pizza she ever tasted. The white on white is a must for those with adventurous palates.

Great decor – super heroes and godzilla hang from the ceiling.
The cups are huge, and our waitress hooked me up with a half Mr. Pibb and half cherry coke combo. Great choice. The pizza was great, I went for the Cajun Pizza based on our server’s good words, and it was a delight. Two thumbs up.

Love, Love, Love the atmosphere here! Superhero themed pizza joint with beer. The food is amazing, I recommend trying a pizza with the white garlic sauce, its amazing! Great and quick service as well.
