Saucehouse BBQ

Saucehouse BBQ is a new restaurant concept founded by two friends, Charlie and Christopher, who grew up wanting to open a BBQ restaurant. After spending 15 years each working in or with restaurants they decided to open their own concept together in Athens, GA.

Christopher being originally from North Carolina and Charlie being originally form Alabama led the two friends to share a passion for the regional differences in BBQ. One of the main differences in regional BBQ is the sauces and this led to Saucehouse being created to celebrate the regional types of BBQ Sauces all being offered under one roof.

Saucehouse not only celebrates the regional differences in Sauces they also celebrate the art of cooking good BBQ! Saucehouse allows their customers to create their own BBQ plate on top of a Sandwich, Nachos, Tacos, a Salad, a Baked Potato, and even with Texas Toast.
