We call what we do Savannah style barbeque. While owner keith Latture cut his culinary teeth in Memphis, his barbeque fits right in with the eclectic low country. Our sauces show off our regional travels. We have a Memphis style sweet sauce, a zesty mustard based Savannah sauce, and a spicy, vinegar based Western North Carolina sauce.

Our meats are traditionally seasoned and smoked over a combination of pican and hickory. Our sides are reflections of what we learned growing up in the South. We make them how our grandparents made them. His barbeque fits right in with the eclectic low country.

Specials come from our love of Southwestern Cajun, and Creole cuisines. Stop by and check out what we’ve got going. You are sure to find some plates and sandwiches from these regions that we dig. We know you’ll dig ’em, too.

This place was in a little Mall. 4 ribs, collard greens,mac and cheese,cole slaw and fried bread. BBQ was a destination for me and this did not disappoint. I was stuffed on these 4 ribs (the Meat fell off the bone) and the side(they also have beer). There were all kinds of sauces for the meat but none was needed.

You like to tell yourself that nothing is better than home cooking, but I’ve never made a plate of barbecue as good as the Hog Wild Platter from the SandFly. Every item was cooked to perfection: moist, flavorful, tender without being mushy… It was amazing. My early favorite was the sausage that came on the plate, but the ribs were even better the next day when I had them for breakfast. Even the sauces here are superior. Top-notch experience all around. I look forward to coming back, and bringing friends and family with me. Thanks to Yelp for a great recommendation

Best BBQ in Savannah!!! Smoked sausage is one of our favorites. Prices could be a little lower but still worth it.

Tasted a piece of my mom’s ribS and headed straight there 2 days later!!!! You get plenty of food! Prices acceptable.
